This is another typical aspect of this wine which has evolved during its time in the barrel and the bottle. Smooth mouth-feel, with sweet, polished tannins. Complex nose, on the fruit side, it reveals the sum of the sensations contributed by the grape varieties used in its blend: cherry, black plum, ripe juicy blackberries. The time spent in the cask brings cloves, pepper, vanilla and coconut, enriched by the aromas which evolve during the time in the bottle. To give our tequila its unique flavour and ensure the finest quality, we use traditional pot stills for distillation. The water we use is naturally filtered in our wells to ensure no change in the tequila’s flavour profile. Aged for 7 months. Soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. Aged 24 months in oak barrels, the Antano Reserva from Rioja displays a beautifully dark garnet with ruby glints. Enticing aromas such as vanilla, spices and assorted black fruit lead. Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep colour and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savoury and rich.

Aged in oak barrels for an average of six months, Patrón Reposado is blended to combine the fresh clean taste of Patrón Silver with a hint of the oak flavour found in Patrón Añejo.

Double distillation and gentle agave extraction preserve the lively agave flavour and smooth character but with less complexity than Hornitos Reposado. Plata is a classic blanco tequila, a pure embodiment of the clean, natural flavours of the finest agave. Its floral, herbal notes are perfectly complimented by hints of clove, almond and fresh wood, coupled with a zesty finish.

Teremana Tequila is made in a small town in the highlands of Jalisco from 100% blue weber agave. Teremana uses only fully mature agave with an average age of 6 to 8 years. Notes of bright citrus with a smooth, fresh finish.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.

An amber-coloured wine of intense aromas suggesting dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with little acid and slightly sweet.
