Cordon Negro Brut, our flagship brand, is a light modern Cava appreciated for its refreshing style. Created from a special blend of the three traditional, indigenous Penedès varietals, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Fine delicate aromas of green apple and pear.

Brilliant pale lemon colour. Intense aroma of peaches, white flowers, stony minerals and a hint of fresh sea breeze. The palate offers an energetic combination of steely acidity and charming peach fruit.

Deep violet colour. Aromas of spicy oak, red and blue fruits, candied rose, vanilla and a hint of wood smoke. Lively cherry and mulberry flavors deepen and spread out slowly through the midpalate.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.

The nose is fine, fresh, and fruity, with good intensity. The palate is fresh, warm, pleasant and round, with a long finish.
