Ruby red with a golden rim, good depth, lively bright colour. It retains the ripe red-berry fruit aromas of blackberries, blueberries, and black plums well. Gradually it opens up to reveal smoky, toasted wood nuances, with spices and hints of minerals and tobacco. This is another typical aspect of this wine which has evolved during its time in the barrel and the bottle. Smooth mouth-feel, with sweet, polished tannins. A long, elegant, perfumed finish with final hints of coffee with chocolate.

Ruby red with a bright and deep, golden hue on the rim. Complex nose, on the fruit side, it reveals the sum of the sensations contributed by the grape varieties used in its blend: cherry, black plum, ripe juicy blackberries. The time spent in the cask brings cloves, pepper, vanilla and coconut, enriched by the aromas which evolve during the time in the bottle. Smooth balanced mouth-feel, elegant and full, with a long, lingering finish.

This layered and sophisticated red blend exudes aromas of blueberries, crushed herbs and tobacco leaf with hints of dark chocolate and cedar oak. The palate reveals velvety tannins and a savoury palate with a well-rounded, persistent finish.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The 100% Riesling grapes from The View vineyards in East Kelowna were hand sorted and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation occurred in two different tanks at different temperatures with different yeast strains for complexity. One wine was fermented dry while the other wines’ fermentation was stopped leaving some residual sugar. The batches were then blended to balance the sweetness and acidity. Aromas of white flower and honey-crisp apple lead way to flavours of Jasmine, lime and mineral notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

Dark blue, opaque ruby with violet sparkles, it attracts our senses and arouses our desire. If Bierzo’s identity lies on the Atlantic influence, the ocean foam at the breaking of waves has bathed with iodine and an excellent fragrance the fruits of wet forests in 2010. Morello cherries, blueberries, strawberries and small wild pears. Sweet, acid and juicy, we can also find traces of exotic coasts: papaya, dragon fruit and lychees. All flavours reach their climax in a voluptuous and lively way, a liquid sustained by the vegetal fibre of complete maturity and fineness given during its wood rest.

On the nose and palate, there are concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, as well as notes of spice and zesty citrus.  The palate is full, textured and you are left with a lingering aftertaste.  It is an elegant wine with lingering nuances of honeysuckle and frangipani.

This red is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Ageing occurred in American and French oak before blending. Aromas and flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, red current and cedar. Very smooth finish.

This white is a blend of Ortega, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay and Riesling grapes. Aromas and flavours of apricot, pear, lemon, and melon.

Grapes of Garnacha from small plots with low yields are hand-picked and fermented separately in small vats, then transferred into French oak barrels to stay for 6 months to complete its ageing procedure. This opaque purple wine exhibits richness and finesse with layers of blackberry, blueberry and plum notes, mineral, mocha and spice box details edged with dark chocolate, licorice and cracked pepper.

Cordon Negro Brut, our flagship brand, is a light modern Cava appreciated for its refreshing style. Created from a special blend of the three traditional, indigenous Penedès varietals, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Fine delicate aromas of green apple and pear.

Nose: Rich spice and brandy butter. Hints of fruitcake and dried apricot. Pepper. Palate: Thick, creamy palate with Christmas pudding, vanilla custard, baked apples and spice. Finish: Medium finish with lingering apricot and spice. Overall: A medium-bodied, spicy brandy from Spain.

Yellow green in hue, this wine has distinctive and powerful aromas of herbal spice, fresh melon and ripe peaches. The flavours are exceptionally complex, showing notes of lychee, melon, tropical fruits and even a suggestion of Earl Grey tea. The finish is crisp and fresh, with notes of spice that linger on the palate. Serve chilled, this wine is appealing on its own, with salads or Asian cuisines.

Aromatic with hints of oak, tobacco leaf, sweet spice, dark plum, and black cherry. Lovely notes of black coffee, cocoa, blackberry and spice linger in the finish.

Pale lemon in colour, this wine had an intense aroma of pink grapefruit, pineapple, and flavours of citrus fruits and apricots. Lively and piquant, this wine is refreshingly zesty and clean. It is a versatile partner to seafood, pasta with cream sauce, white meats, and cheeses such as Parmigiano.

Burgundy in colour, this wine has a fine aroma of black berries and rose petals. There is a hint of raspberry in the flavour. Decanting this wine brings out the characteristic silky texture of Pinot Noir. Served slightly cool, this is excellent with salmon as well as red meats and cheese.

Non carbonated black tea, hint of sweet well balanced with nice mouth feel and light caramel colour, nice raspberry peach lemon aroma and balanced acidity.

Bright pale straw. Clean, delicate and faintly yeast apple nose. Dry, light, crisp and smooth with a tangy fresh finish. Best served slightly chilled in a wine glass, and highly recommended with seafood, fish, smoked and cured delicacies, white meats, vinaigrette dishes and salads or simply as the perfect aperitif.

A stunning wine, with notes of unsmoked cigar tobacco, licorice and blackcurrants. This opaque purple-coloured wine has a full-body, showing toasty notes intermixed with blackberry and cassis.

Deep purple-black colour. Explosive aromas of ripe currant, red berries and smoked notes. Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, a huge mouthful of crème-de-cassis concentration, silken and juicy in the mid-palate with excellent length and persistence. Fine, ripe tannins, at once supple and structurally present.

Golden hued, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas and layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavours.

The nose is immediately enticing with hints of pink grapefruit, tangerine blossom, dried green fig, firm gooseberries & fleshy white nectarine. A touch of vanilla bean and cantaloupe edge through, too. The palate has an intensity befitting the nose - simultaneously salivating with salinity and freshness, lively & electric. The wine has a texture that reflects the unique Klein Constantia terroir and the finish is particularly long.

Aromatic with hints of red berries and plums. A slight herbaceous note can be found in the finish.

This elegant Shiraz exhibits notes of prunes, cardamon, tobacco leaf aromas with subtle hints of clove and white pepper. The purity of fruit on the palate are complemented by fleshy tannins that deliver a spicy and savoury finish.

Cherry red in colour with a medium-to-high intensity. Clean, striking and brilliant. Fruity notes of blackberry and redcurrant. It's ageing in the bottle adds impressions of spice. In the mouth it displays a mature tenacity in balance with the acidity. Likeable, with just the right harmonious vivacity from start to finish. Finally it offers razor-sharp dairy notes and impressions of liquorice.

This sparkling wines blend consists of Macabeo 30%, Xarel-lo 40% and Parellada 30%. Attractive pale gold colour, Fine and constant bubbles, and clean aroma which is dominated by the primary aromas of the fruit. Lingering acidity with hints of white fruits.

Violet-red to the eye, this wine has a bouquet of cassis, saddle leather and clove. It feels good in the mouth, offering flavors of blackberry, strawberry, chocolate-covered coffee bean and vanilla. Satin tannins dissolve into a soft rose-petal finish.

Attractive dark ruby red colour. Intense bouquet of fruits of the forest that open out with very refined oak in the background. Charming mature fruit in the mouth that highlights this wine's noble origin. Flavours are still fresh with a pleasant fullness that combines with the tannins to give a nice balance.

Cherry-red colour with good robe. Spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, with notes of ripe dark berries and light toasted nuances. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak. This wine goes well with ham, mild cheeses, casseroles which are not highly spiced, bean and pulse dishes, poultry, red meat, grills and roasts. Best served at between 16º and 18ºC.

Melody Crème Brûlée has flavours and aromas of orange, lemon, cinnamon and caramel.

Pineapple, apricot and coconut mingle on the palate with hints of orange blossom and almond. Rich and refreshing, the tropical notes are balanced by crisp acidity and flavours of lemon, lime and tangerine. The Reserve Chardonnay has been partially barrel fermented and aged sur lie in American and French oak for seven months.

Elegant and complex, with fleshy blackberry, cassis and dark cherry perfectly complimented by a sophisticated earthy finish. Great structure, balance, and length.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

Incredible brightness and intensity of fruit highlighted by citrus, passionfruit, and lime; complemented with hints of gooseberry and lemongrass on the complex and lingering finish.
