This wine is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months and then for an extended period in bottle. We invite wine lovers to succumb to the hedonistic allure of gorgeously sensuous Cabernet Sauvignon entwined with Shiraz, and the spiced vanilla of French Oak. A wine with curves where others don’t have places. Uninhibitedly richer, juicier, bigger, bolder – and proud of it.

Dark blue, opaque ruby with violet sparkles, it attracts our senses and arouses our desire. Countryside passion, precise mould, perfect timing, the affinity of such an old tradition that touches our soul and awakens spirit. The fruit of these old mencia vines, mysterious and deep. If Bierzo’s identity lies on the Atlantic influence, the ocean foam at the breaking of waves has bathed with iodine and an excellent fragrance the fruits of wet forests in 2010. Morello cherries, blueberries, strawberries and small wild pears. Sweet, acid and juicy, we can also find traces of exotic coasts: papaya, dragon fruit and lychees. All flavours reach their climax in a voluptuous and lively way, a liquid sustained by the vegetal fibre of complete maturity and fineness given during its wood rest.

On the nose and palate, there are concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, as well as notes of spice and zesty citrus.  The palate is full, textured and you are left with a lingering aftertaste.  It is an elegant wine with lingering nuances of honeysuckle and frangipani.

Grapes of Garnacha from small plots with low yields are hand-picked and fermented separately in small vats, then transferred into French oak barrels to stay for 6 months to complete its ageing procedure. This opaque purple wine exhibits richness and finesse with layers of blackberry, blueberry and plum notes, mineral, mocha and spice box details edged with dark chocolate, licorice and cracked pepper.

Aged 24 months in oak barrels, the Antano Reserva from Rioja displays a beautifully dark garnet with ruby glints. Enticing aromas such as vanilla, spices and assorted black fruit lead. In the glass, this wine opens up to reveal savoury blackberry flavours, complexity and silky tannins. This is a very good value in a traditionally styled Rioja.

Elegantly restrained full body, tautly-structured with polished tannins and integrated acidity. The classic cassis, smoke and dusty spice flavours carry through on the intense, complex finish. A perfect match with medium-rare roast beef, or other red meats.

Shiny golden yellow colour. Ample ripe fruit aroma with typical floral characters of Moscatel grapes with balanced notes thanks to the contribution of Chardonnay in the blend. Perfect aperitif or serve with grilled salmon served with a mango salsa.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Soft, “sweet” and generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. Like 2009, another excellent vintage.

This wine is well balanced with lots of soft velvety tannins, intense extract, and it has a long lingering finish.

Deep purple-black colour. Explosive aromas of ripe currant, red berries and smoked notes. Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, a huge mouthful of crème-de-cassis concentration, silken and juicy in the mid-palate with excellent length and persistence. Fine, ripe tannins, at once supple and structurally present.

Deep ruby red in appearance. A lively nose bursting with flavours of strawberries, raspberries, red peppercorns with a delicate oak spice. Full-bodied with dense grippy tannins and a powerful mid palate, flavours of red fruit follow with an elegant backbone. The palate is refined and elegant, ending with a long rich finish.

A medium bodied fresh red wine, with upfront summer berry aromas, complemented by subtle cedary and spicy oak flavours. The fruity palate is balanced by subtle integrated oak flavours. This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. Enjoy this wine on its own or as an accompaniment to roast, grilled and barbecued meat and chicken dishes.

This elegant Shiraz exhibits notes of prunes, cardamon, tobacco leaf aromas with subtle hints of clove and white pepper. The purity of fruit on the palate are complemented by fleshy tannins that deliver a spicy and savoury finish.

Cedar, tobacco and spice hints frame dried cherry, berry and vanilla notes in this silky red. The flavours mingle nicely, framed by juicy acidity and light but firm tannins. The wine has a lovely weightless intensity. A fine example of the traditional style.

Las Lamas comes from 3 plots, between 60 and 100 years, situated on the same estate. The vines grow on steep slopes and on slate soils, cultivated following the principles of Biodynamic agriculture. The winemaking process is carried out in large wooden vats, without large extractions and treading the grapes with a press, allowing them to ferment with native yeasts. The wine is then decanted into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged.

Garnacha Tintorera is known for its deep colour and here it coats the glass and imparts aromas of brooding black fruits, licorice, expresso and pepper. Dense, savoury and rich.

Vibrant deep violet colour, smooth and rich on the palate, full on taste, soft tannins, fresh black fruits and spice cocktail. A well balanced wine with velvety texture, depth and long after taste.

Cherry red very covered, still with youthful edges. In the nose it is expressive, intense and rich in nuances. The identity of the vintage stands out in the form of liveliness with the characteristic complexity of this hawthorn, which has found in this vintage a new occasion to express the best of itself. In the palate ¡tis powerful, rich and with a great personality.

Brilliant dark cherry red colour with a violet hue. Intense rich aroma of sweet strawberries, mature plums and raisins with a hint of tobacco and dark chocolate. Rich and juicy and bursting with fresh berry fruits. Gentle notes of toasted oak are evident in the long aftertaste.

Violet-red to the eye, this wine has a bouquet of cassis, saddle leather and clove. It feels good in the mouth, offering flavors of blackberry, strawberry, chocolate-covered coffee bean and vanilla. Satin tannins dissolve into a soft rose-petal finish.

Deep black-cherry colour, almost opaque. Very elegant, complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and lots of spice. It is smooth and round in the mouth, with tannins which are firm, yet silky and very sweet and which envelop the whole palate. The finish is lingering, fresh and balanced with a hint of fine elegant tannins.

Cherry-red colour with good robe. Spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, with notes of ripe dark berries and light toasted nuances. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak. This wine goes well with ham, mild cheeses, casseroles which are not highly spiced, bean and pulse dishes, poultry, red meat, grills and roasts. Best served at between 16º and 18ºC.

A glass-coating opaque purple colour, it has greater density and grip than the Reserva cuvee as well as layers of ripe, sweet fruit.

100% Tempranillo named after the winery’s founder, from perhaps the most carefully-tended Pradorey single vineyard, currently being converted to organic status. Temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in 12 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, then a further 3 months in Nevers oak vats. Colour is dark cherry -red, deep, yet bright. Intense red fruit aromas mingle with vanilla and licorice. Tasty, fresh, with ripe fruit and velvety tannins, Pleasant mouthfeel, very elegant finish.

El Buen Alfarero translates as "the good potter", this artisanal wine is unique and no two bottle are exactly alike as they are dressed by hand. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Albillo has been aged for 7 months in earthenware jars called "tinajas", just as it would have been over 100 years ago. It is bright, dark-hued purple-red with intense bluish notes. the nose is bold with outstanding red fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh, and tasty with mineral notes combined with red and dark fruit. Round velvety tannins lead to a soft subtle finish.

A wine to ward off evil spirits or an icy winter. Consisting mainly of press wine the last drops pressed from the skins after fermentation this blend is concentrated in the extreme. While the spiciness of French Oak lends an air of sophistication, this is not a wine that will be revered for its subtlety. The Quentin Tarantino remake of Sideways.

It is dense in colour and bold in flavour. It has an abundance of cherries and plums on the nose with hints of perfume and cloves. The intense concentration on the palate displays juicy bright fruits and well - integrated oak. The silky - smooth tannins contribute to the wine's round and seamless finish.

Complex and stylish, with bags of ripe blackcurrant and coffee flavours. This wine is bone dry, yet exhibits a lovely sweet fruit character on the palate. The finish is long and firm.

Intense blackberry colour. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistent and full bodied.
