The first nosing passes find gentle scents of light spice and brown sugar; aeration reveals solid aromas of molasses and buttered toast. The palate entry is delicious, rich and toasty; the midpalate features elegant flavours of toasted honey-wheat bread, honey and refined sugar. The finish is more bittersweet than sweet.

Coruba Original is a dark rum, heavily aged in charred oak barrels with caramel added for colour and flavour. It’s full-bodied with robust flavours and hints of spices. Coruba Original Blend is full-flavoured with a smooth mellow finish accompanied with the aromas and flavours of molasses, cocoa and caramel.

Aromas of melon, poached pear, and white flower-scented talc offer an alluring introduction to this sumptuous Pinot Gris. A creamy mouthful of pineapple, Meyer lemon and shortbread offers a pleasingly plush palate that finishes up-tempo and bright.

Aroma of black cherry, plum and currant mingle with hints of anise and sandalwood. On the palate, notes of cherry and plum. Smooth and approachable with a long, lingering finish.

Fragrant wafts of guava, stone-fruit and citrus. On the palate apricot nectar, melon, peaches and golden raisins.

Aromas of blackstrap molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut, and toffee with a subtle layer of ripe pineapple. On the palate, buttery upon entry and followed by sweet sugar cane, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisin and fig. The finish has a decadent dark chocolate character with brown sugar and smokiness with underlying oak notes.
