This is a premium blend of select single estate rums, distilled, Bourbon barrel-aged and blended on the East Bank of the Demerara River in the lush tropical Caribbean country of Guyana.  An explosion of banana, vanilla, shortbread, candied almonds and toasted oat aromas. Additional notes of dark brown sugar and island spices (nutmeg, clove and cinnamon), vanilla bean, cocoa, dark honey, caramel and oak. Hints of English toffee, dried fruits (especially Sultana raisins, dates and apricots), dark bitter semi-sweet chocolate and a nice heavily steeped tea finish. Aromas of fig, apricot and banana lead way to flavours of barley with creamy butterscotch, dry fruits and fruit cake. The finish is long and exquisite, with chocolate fudge, orange peel and exotic wine drenched nuts.

Nose: The smoky, sweet and earthy fragrances have mellow resonances of spice. Palate: As the crisp Muscovado and Demerara sugars create layered nuances, the smokiness of the Single Malt sets in, creating a perfect balance. A hint of spice radiates from the hickory and Dominican-style cocoa. Finish: The delicate finish of this Single Malt has notes of Dominican cocoa laced with the tart edge of marmalade.

Paul John XO is made from the famed Ugni Blanc and the rich Bangalore purple grape. The brandy is matured in specially selected, medium toasted new French limousine oak barrels. With gentle honey aromas, orange zest and a touch of herbs that enhance the tender raisin and sweet oak flavours, the exotic Paul John XO is matured and distilled in Goa.

Crafty Radler includes a mix of house-made Blood Orange and Peach craft soda. It exhibits a natural cloudy pale orange colour. This mixture gives off a refreshing smell of ripe, freshly sliced peaches with sweet notes of fresh picked oranges. There is also a slight lingering aroma of Willamette hops that create the base of this blend. The orange flavour dances with the sweetness of peaches, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Our Crafty Radler includes a mix of ale and grapefruit and tangerine soda; It exhibits a natural cloudy pink colour.  Refreshing aromas of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit, ripe tangerine and a hint of Willamette hops. The flavour dances with the sweetness of tangerines, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.
