This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

On the palate, our Brut Gold has a sumptuous, racy fruit character perfectly integrated with the wine's subtle brioche accents. Our Brut Gold is pressed from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wine.

The colour is coppery amber and the nose offers heady spice aromas of nutmeg, cardamom, and vanilla, rounded out with caramel and citrus notes. On the palate the taste is warm and buttery with butterscotch notes and has a long, smooth cognac finish.

Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

The 2016 blend is 55% Merlot, 35% Cabenet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon (vines organically certified) picked from the 26th of September to the 15th of October and matured in 60% new oak. The 2020 Faugeres from Saint Emilion has a deep garnet-purple colour. It requires some patient swirling to unlock scents of tar, forest floor, wet slate, and garrigue, before opening out to a fragrant core of baked plums and boysenberry preserves, with a waft of Indian spices. The full-bodied palate is ripe, concentrated, and fantastically bright, with unbelievable tension and freshness lifting the concentrated flavours, to a very long velvety finish.

The tannin is smooth and sweet. 2009 La Mission Haut-Brion inevitably reminds tasters of one of this estate's finest successes: the 2000 vintage. The concentration, class, and balance between power and freshness are the hallmarks of both 2000 and 2009. However, 2009 has greater concentration, as well as another dimension and even stronger sensations. 2009 Château La Mission Haut-Brion is already mythical.

Coming from clay, soils, the Chateau La Ribaud is a solid, attractive 2018 that has medium- bodied notes of cassis, currants, tobacco, and earth. Medium bodied with moderate tannins, and a charming, nicely balanced style.
