The soft spices and nutty malts balance beautifully leading to slightly sweet notes from the extra old cognac casks.

This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

On the palate, our Brut Gold has a sumptuous, racy fruit character perfectly integrated with the wine's subtle brioche accents. The champagne's texture is deliciously creamy with great depth paired with a long, silky finish. The colour is coppery amber and the nose offers heady spice aromas of nutmeg, cardamom, and vanilla, rounded out with caramel and citrus notes. On the palate the taste is warm and buttery with butterscotch notes and has a long, smooth cognac finish.

Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

The 2010 Cognac cask is a limited edition rare cask finished, non chill-filtered Irish single malt whiskey.
