This rich, full-flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon expresses signature bourbon barrel notes of charred vanilla and dried herbs. An expressive wine with complex layers of flavour including cherry and currant, burnt sugar, vanilla as well as a touch of smokiness.

Full and dense, with strong black & blue fruit from the Petite Sirah, complemented by bright red, slightly candied fruit in the background from the Zinfandel. The dark toasted oak integrates these flavours and finishes on a slightly sweet note.

Crafted with full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon aged in Bourbon Barrels, this liberal wine is layered with suggestions of blackberry, black currant and warm spice with notes reminiscent of Bourbon: butterscotch, brown sugar and toasted oak.

Vibrant ruby in colour with lots of rich earth and dark berry aromas on the nose. Bright raspberry, cranberry fruit, with some warm spice on the lingering finish.

Dark garnet in colour, Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of freshly picked blueberries, ripe black cherries with subtle notes of roasted coffee, cocoa and dried spices. On the palate, the luscious supple tannins are powerful yet modern in style with layered flavours of juicy blackberry and red fruit, while nuances of black pepper, clove and vanilla bean round out the long, smooth finish. It's full - bodied and rich, balanced by fresh acidity and firm, polished tannins.

On the nose, fresh blueberry cobbler, burnt sugar, vanilla bean and a touch of earth evolve onto the palate and seamlessly display flavours of coco powder, baking spices with additional silky vanilla. The beautifully integrated tannins frame this robust Cabernet Sauvignon to reveal a luxurious full mouth feel that allows this wine to linger.

The colour is a rich scarlet-red, with opulent aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of caramel. The palate comes alive with flavours of ripe raspberries, strawberry jam, a dense blackberry core, warm gingerbread, and a hint of toffee. It is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity, plush weight on the mid-palate and a wonderfully supple texture. The expansive fruit flavours carry through to a long, pure and persistent finish. When asked to describe this wine, I simply say it’s like a taste of Christmas, all year long.

The palette turns into Christmas in the mouth... sweet baking spices and tart berries, even a hint of roasted meat. Throughout the experience a plush weight fills the mouth. The merging of flavours, viscosity and a lively acidity round out the long, sinuous finish.

Beautiful golden hue in color with mouth-watering aromas of pie crust, lightly toasted marshmallow, banana cream pie, and hints of granny smith apple. On the palate is large, luscious tones of melon, bright apple and hints of buttery brioche.

Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Merlot and Petite Sirah. All hand harvested grapes. Full bodied and balanced with an enticing nose of black cherry, blackberry and nuances of vanilla spice. On the palate, rich dark fruits of plum, black currant, cassis and cherry combine with well integrated tannins followed by a pleasant, lingering finish.

Carrera is a beautiful estate blend which is dominated by Cabernet and Merlot, with tiny splashes of Petit Verdot and Malbec.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

This blending of Caymus Cabernets captures soft, beautiful valley fruit with mountain wines providing "shoulders". Extended barrel aging period of 36 months. Rich ruby colour with aromas of blackberry, currant, black licorice and anise. On the palate, brown spice, dark fruits and wisps of cigar box.

The Walking Fool is a lush, Zinfandel based blend. A silky scarlet red with luminous highlights, this wine opens with a lean earthiness the scent of rustic wood mixes with sweet spice, a whiff of cigar box, dusty pavement and old leather, infused with garden ripe strawberries and cherries. The palate is smooth and lively, featuring flavours of juicy raspberry, the subtle tartness of cranberry, and notes of espresso and smoked meat. Underlying acidity makes this wine mouth-watering, while its tannins lend a gritty yet softly fine texture. On the finish: a trace of vibrant cranberry, luxurious cocoa and an extra kick of spice.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

The wine is led with dark chocolate, black cherry, melted liquorice, alder, forest floor, cassis, and cigar box. Savoury with balanced tannins.

This blend includes Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varietals. To the eye a powdery pink with vivacious bubbles. Complex aroma of strawberry jam and peaches. Full - tasting with a powerful mouthfeel of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 49% Merlot, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, and 2% Cabernet franc. Maturation has occurred in 60% new barrels. The 2019 vintage has good, strong colours, well-defined, fresh fruit, and a more moderate alcohol content than the previous vintage; their tannic structures reveal impressive elegance and depth. The volumes harvested enabled a very rigorous selection - around 55% - to produce a grand vin in the tradition of its predecessors.

Château Beychevelle 2020 has a brilliant violet colour. A generous, harmonious wine, that's surprisingly accessible in its early years. The nose has notes of blackberry, black cherry and dark chocolate. It is both powerful and silky, fresh, fruity and long on the palate. A fine example of the destiny of the Grands Terroirs.

This Pauillac Blend is comprised of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine is a crimson-hued garnet red. Elegant and refined, the nose exudes floral aromas, going on with airing to develop notes of blackcurrant and liquorice root. The full and smooth attack reveals an alluring and complex array of flavours in which ripe fruit is magnificently set off by notes of toasted cereals and violet. The mid-palate is underpinned by high-quality, close-knit and creamy tannins, leading into a saline and slightly minty finish which lingers on hints of chocolate.

A deep cherry-red colour with garnet highlights. The nose reveals an intense, complex aromatic palette of macerated black fruits, licorice and cedar. Velvety and silky, the attack reveals a tactile sensation combining depth, density and great elegance. The mid-palate is rich and suave, revealing aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry, underlined by a beautiful freshness on a framework of refined, coated tannins. The harmonious finish is distinguished by persistent fruity and mineral notes.

The 2017 Chateau Clinet 2017 AOC Pomerol Bordeaux has 92% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. There are layers of complexity to this wine. Possessing a deep, dark red colour. Very aromatic with floral, red berries and spices interwoven together. Very well balanced, elegant and charming!

Vibrant black cherries, baked plums and cinnamon stick scents with hints of cloves and anise plus earthy truffle notes. Full - bodied with bright, energetic fruit. This wine has a firm, finely grained structure.

This Pomerol blend is comprised of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging has taken place in 75% new barrels and 255 second fill barrels. Chateau Clinet 2019 is of an intense, deep garnet color. The nose is a glorious fruity array of wild strawberries, Morello cherries, raspberries, blueberries and creme de cassis. Delicious aromas of sweet pastry and oriental spices intertwine beautifully with the fruit. A creamy, smooth mouthfeel delivers fruity, complex, powerful and enticing flavours, enhanced by a fine-grained texture and splashes of chocolate. Bursting with energy, the finish is intense and resplendent. A rich, powerful wine with great ageing potential.

A vintage that we rank among the very best. The Clinet 2020 reveals a very dark red colour. It expresses a remarkable aromatic richness, a veritable panoply of ripe fruit, flowers and spices. The texture is dense, velvety, magmatic, with deep intensity.

The varietal mix for this vintage is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Aromas of red fruits, roasted coffee and marzipan. Flavour of cherry, vanilla, licorice and chocolate.

68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. Garnet colour with purple reflections. The nose reveals hints of fresh, juicy fruits. When aired, notes of blueberry combined with pepper, licorice and vanilla are revealed. The attack, dense and fleshy, lingers in the mid - palate, leaving an impression of harmonious sweetness. The initial fresh fruitiness continues into a long and persistent finish.

This Pauillac blend is comprised of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine is a deep, garnet-hued red. The nose exudes intense black fruit aromas enhanced by notes of vanilla, pepper and mild spice. From a structured and sappy attack, the mid-palate reveals a creamy, satin-smooth body on black fruit and chocolate flavours. Perfectly integrated, smooth and well-rounded tannins linger on a pleasant touch of fruit. Floral and liquorice notes usher in a long and elegant finish.

With aeration, the aromatic palette intensifies, exhaling morello cherry flavours and more gourmand notes of confectionery. The rich, structured attack reveals perfectly ripe fruit. The dense, generous mid-palate combines blackcurrant and licorice aromas highlighted by abundant, remarkably well-crafted tannins. The finish is long and harmonious, underlined by a constant freshness.

This Margaux blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. Aging has occurred in French oak (30% new). Aromas & flavours are of fresh, light & perfumed red-fruits, principally redcurrant with a little cassis. Elegant and delicate wine.

Our blending took place on January 6 with Eric Boissenot and the Château team: this vintage is a real revelation! With its subtle aromas of gourmet fruit, this wine embodies the expression and "quintessence" of the Margaux terroir. Precision and elegance come together to reveal an explosion of flavours. Delicate, harmonious tannins envelop the palate, giving way to a long, voluptuous finish. A sumptuous vintage!

Full,-bodied, soft, eminently silky, this very elegant wine reveals a superb, dense structure on the palate, very fine tannins and gourmet characteristics of fresh red fruit, currants and noble spices. The finish has great length, ample and harmonious.

A wine that symbolizes concentration, deep purple reflections; bursting with black fruits, exotic spices, roast, hints of cocoa. The marriage of the power of black licorice fineness of the violet is perfectly expressed. Silky tannins dominate their amplitude, suggesting a bright future. Meats simmered rich and powerful like a Provençal daube, time will make this a charming companion to game birds, stews and cheeses.

A blend of Roussane, Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc grapes. Aromas of citrus, thyme, spiced licorice and fennel. Deliciously crisp, round and aromatic with a very fresh finish.
