Very dark, intense, ruby - red colour. Complex aroma of blackberries and blackcurrants, floral and earthy notes of fresh moss, accented by hints of new leather, ginger and allspice. The silky tannin structure provides a remarkably long finish, marked by fresh, exotic fruit flavours.

The rum is distilled from pure sugar cane juice (no molasses). Mangos and Pineapples, from the region, are carefully selected and infused with the aged rum.

This beautiful rosé has a pale pink colour. It has a fine and subtle nose of berry aromas with red fruits notes, hints of blackberry and cherries. The palate is lively and greedy with notes of red fruits. Ideal for aperitif, with grilled meats or white meat. Can also be served with tapas!

The elegant Prima Perla Crémant de Limoux from France is a cuvée vinified from the Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir grapes. Wonderful aromas of pomelo, lemon, grapefruit and kumquat, rounded off by other fruity nuances. Lively on the palate with hints of lime and lemongrass.

Peach pink, with a nice effervescence drawing a string of fine persistent bubbles. On the nose, elegant, with aromas of fruit and flowers at the same time. Aromas of honeysuckle blend delicately with notes of peach and apricot from Roussillon. Silky, supported by a delicious effervescence and a beautiful vivacity with flavors of grapefruit and blood orange.

Deep ruby colour. Aromas of ripe berries, morello cherry, warm spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg), truffles, game and cedar. Mature flavours of leather, spiced forest fruits and roasted game.

Bright salmon colour. Delicate and subtle aromas of small red fruits, red berry, and citrus fruits. Acidulous mouth, full of freshness and suppleness.

The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards). It displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. It first delivers aromas of pear and mango and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of quince jelly and apricot jam mingle with acacia honey.

The Brut Reserve is a blend in equal parts of the three champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 30 different crus(vineyards).With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear, mango, candied orange peel, tangerine ...) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey.

Champagne Pol Roger created their Prestige Cuvée in homage to Sir Winston Churchill mindful of the qualities that he sought in his champagne : robustness, a full-bodied character and relative maturity. The exact blend is a closely guarded family secret. Composed exclusively of grapes sourced from Grands Crus Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards which were already under vine during Churchill's lifetime. The Blanc de Blancs is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. It is produced in limited quantities, and has been aged for 6 years in our cellars before being released onto the market. Pale straw shot through with delicate green. Fruit dominates the nose, a veritable basket of ripe fruit, or candied lemon and grapefruit with a subtle backbone of freshness and minerality. Finesse and purity are this wine’s signature. On the palate a warmer aspect, typical of the vintage, appears: fleshy fruit sits happily alongside notes of vanilla, cinnamon and marshmallow giving a lovely complexity to the whole. The wine is round and mouth filling with great balance.

The blend for this Demi-Sec is Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Aromas of dry figs and dried almonds are followed by touches of marshmallow and honey, surrounded by hints of lemon, dried orange and spices. This cuvee is designed to be poured over ice.

Pommery Brut Royal is the essence of the Pommery style: liveliness, fresh, finesse. From 40 selected villages in the Champagne region where the liveliness and delicacy of the chardonnay grape is enhanced by the climate. Elegant and lively with mild notes of red fruit. A round, rich, lingering finish.

This wine has a very deep purple color with blackcurrant and red fruits aromas, hints of flowers and spices. The dark fruit flavors are enhanced by satin-smooth tannins.

This expression “Finished in Port Casks” IS a limited edition (only 13 360 individually numbered bottles were produced). Maturation occurred in oak casks; some previously held Tawny Port and others previously held a fortified Portuguese wine produced in the Douro region. The nose is well-balanced notes of black and dry fruits (raisin, prune) roasted nuts, coffee, dried flowers, honey and toffee. The taste is smooth and subtle. Dry fruits aromas, notes of black fruits and roasted nuts, with a hint of minerality.

A Perrin family, Pitt/Jolie joint venture. Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, and Tibouren grapes go into making this medium-bodied, silky stunner. Its delicate citrus and floral aromas lead to flavors of fresh berry fruit, ripe peach with a hint of ginger then a dry, mineral finish.

Careful blending of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne deliver a fresh, bouncy and loveable French white wine. Born in the Var region of Provence, The Pale by Sacha Lichine embodies all the characteristics of an authentic rosé from Provence. Subtle, fruity notes with hints of peach and pink grapefruit.

The Rich is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and chardonnay grapes. Citrus and floral notes are found on the palate, which are balanced with the dynamic freshness and creamy finish common to all expressions of Veuve Clicquot.

Vintage Brut 2012 is Veuve Clicquot’s 66th vintage champagne release, it is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes The uniqueness of the Vintage 2012 lies in the addition of 11% of wines aged in large wooden casks (foudres), bringing strength and aromatic intensity. The cask-aged wines act as spices to the blend, bringing very lightly woody, vanilla and toasted aromas.
