Vibrancy of fruit is the focal point of this wine. Featuring aromas of plum and blackberry with a hint of olive. Flavours of stone fruit, clove, and dried herbs with solid tannin structure result in a flavour forward Cabernet Sauvignon with Balanced acidity.

On the nose notes of sweet cream, juicy white peach, green apple, and a hint of minerality are accented by brown spice and vanilla. Round and smooth mouthfeel balanced by bright acidity and hints of stone fruit and honey.

The purity of fruit is evident, featuring aromas of raspberry, blueberry, and crushed violets. Flavours of spiced dry cherries, florals and a hint of white pepper translate to a balanced wine that’s uplifting, supported with a generous mouthfeel.

Pale and brilliantly gleaming with rose-petal highlights. Aromas of citrus fruit such as grapefruit and tropical fruit on the palate. Crisp, tangy and well balanced.

No fewer than 50 individual wines make up this cuvée. The traditional proportions for Demi Sec are: 40 to 45% Pinot Noir, 30 to 35% Meunier, 20 to 25 % Chardonnay. Demi Sec shows rich praline and hints of toast.

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, sourced from the most invaluable vineyards purchased by Madame Clicquot, harvested by hand, pressed and vinified cru by cru, vineyard by vineyard. Aged for a minimum of 8 years in the chalk cellars. A dedicated bottle inspired by those used in the time of Madame Clicquot, sealed to guarantee the authenticity of this precious wine.

The Rich is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and chardonnay grapes. Citrus and floral notes are found on the palate, which are balanced with the dynamic freshness and creamy finish common to all expressions of Veuve Clicquot.

Pinot Noir together with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier produce Veuve Clicquot’s rosé’s beautiful salmon colour and flavour characteristics of raspberry, red cherry, toast, biscuits and spice. Dry in style with well-integrated mousse and long persistence on the palate.

Vintage Brut 2012 is Veuve Clicquot’s 66th vintage champagne release, it is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes The uniqueness of the Vintage 2012 lies in the addition of 11% of wines aged in large wooden casks (foudres), bringing strength and aromatic intensity. The cask-aged wines act as spices to the blend, bringing very lightly woody, vanilla and toasted aromas.

In our pursuit of an authentically American single malt whiskey, we bring our signature five-malt barley bill together with new American oak casks. Maturation in our handcrafted white oak barrels, the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring, creates Woodford Reserve Double Oaked - a smooth, full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices; a long and creamy finish with lingering hints of honeyed apple.

Five sources of flavour have been customized for this craft bourbon. The first includes mineral rich iron-free water. The second ingredient is a unique grain recipe including corn, malted barley and rye which gives it its feisty spice character. The third is our unique cypress fermenters, the fourth is we distill in our customized copper pot stills, and lastly we mature in our own white oak barrels.
