This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

On the palate, our Brut Gold has a sumptuous, racy fruit character perfectly integrated with the wine's subtle brioche accents. The champagne's texture is deliciously creamy with great depth paired with a long, silky finish. Our Brut Gold is pressed from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wine.

The colour is coppery amber and the nose offers heady spice aromas of nutmeg, cardamom, and vanilla, rounded out with caramel and citrus notes. On the palate the taste is warm and buttery with butterscotch notes and has a long, smooth cognac finish.

Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Pale pink with lychee highlights. The succulent nose expresses intense grapefruit and red berry fruit aromas. On the palate, the attack is forthright and highly expressive, marked by the grapefruit notes found on the nose. Fresh, red berry fruit flavours then emerge on the close-knit, refined mid-palate, lingering on the fresh and elegant finish.

Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

This semi-sweet mead has the unique flavours of lime and mint with notes of Manitoba honey creating a mojito experience on the palate.

Strawberry Rhubarb Melomel is fermented with local sourced strawberries and rhubarb and Manitoba honey producing a distinctive summer sensation.

Colour: pale pink colour, with salmon-pink lights. Nose: it provides a mixture of red fruit (currant, raspberry, and cherry), citrus (grapefruit) and grenadine aromas, enhanced by a touch of menthol. Palate: the attack is frank, held together with a freshness which is well-balanced and round.

Bison Tropical Vodka has a sweet and fruity flavour. This is achieved by combining tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango and coconut with soft vodka. Great to combine with fruit juices or over ice.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

This Beaujolais has deep colours of cherry and purple-blue tint. The nose is lush with a spicy pepper touch. The attack is fruity, rich and round with currants and raspberries.

The 2018 Cap De Faugeres is composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine opens with intense scents of preserved plums, kirsch, chocolate and menthol with hints of wood smoke and spices. The palate has a velvety texture with plenty of red fruit character.

The 2018 Belle-Vue includes five grapes in the blend for the first time. 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Carménère. Deep garnet - purple colour. It sings of chocolate - covered cherries, fresh red and black currants and black raspberry scents with hints of wild sage, pencil lead and lavender. Fresh - tasting with a chewy texture and a mineral - tinged finish.
