This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

On the nose, the bouquet spirals through sweet, bright floral notes and the lively minerality so typical of Dom Pérignon, then notes of candied fruit, plants, the incredible freshness of camphor leaf and finally the dark hints of spices and liquorice root. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Mumm Cordon Rouge is the signture cuvee of maison Mumm. This eceptional brut champagne blend is a composition of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes. It has been aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm’s cellars. Scents of succulent white and yellow fruits entice, with hints of lychee, pineapple, praline. Appetizing aromas of pastry – yeast, brioche – heighten the anticipation. Vibrant freshness exciteS the palate. Complex and perfectly balanced, the wine reveals rounded, elegant flavors of fruit and caramel.

The grape varieties used in variable proportions are: Airen Ugnic Blanc, Colombard, Durello and Chardonnay. Pale straw colour, with a fine bubble structure and open floral notes. Medium-dry in style, with soft strawberry aromas and a rich, round mouth-feel. Various red fruit characters and a delicate nutty flavour on the palate.

The blend is comprised of three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Glowing pink with amber highlights. An intense bouquet of red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry): floral nuances of rose and a hint of pepper. An expressive palate combining intensity and suppleness: the juicy, persistent intensity of berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant); the fleshiness and firmness of peach; and the freshness of a subtle note of menthol.

The cuvee brut is a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. A juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine with great fruit, a good mouthfeel and a harmonious balance.

This rose blend is comprised of Pinot Noir(which is domnant), Meunier and chardonnay grapes. An original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. Warm and spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

The Blanc de Blancs is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. It is produced in limited quantities, and has been aged for 6 years in our cellars before being released onto the market. Pale straw shot through with delicate green. Fruit dominates the nose, a veritable basket of ripe fruit, or candied lemon and grapefruit with a subtle backbone of freshness and minerality. Finesse and purity are this wine’s signature. On the palate a warmer aspect, typical of the vintage, appears: fleshy fruit sits happily alongside notes of vanilla, cinnamon and marshmallow giving a lovely complexity to the whole. The wine is round and mouth filling with great balance.

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, sourced from the most invaluable vineyards purchased by Madame Clicquot, harvested by hand, pressed and vinified cru by cru, vineyard by vineyard. Aged for a minimum of 8 years in the chalk cellars. A dedicated bottle inspired by those used in the time of Madame Clicquot, sealed to guarantee the authenticity of this precious wine.
