Our Brut Gold is pressed from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wine.

The colour is coppery amber and the nose offers heady spice aromas of nutmeg, cardamom, and vanilla, rounded out with caramel and citrus notes. On the palate the taste is warm and buttery with butterscotch notes and has a long, smooth cognac finish.

Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Colour: pale pink colour, with salmon-pink lights. Nose: it provides a mixture of red fruit (currant, raspberry, and cherry), citrus (grapefruit) and grenadine aromas, enhanced by a touch of menthol. Palate: the attack is frank, held together with a freshness which is well-balanced and round.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were vinified exclusively in barrels. Riddled and disgorged by hand. To the eye gold glints. Initial aromas of cherry and lemon mingle with quince and bergamot are followed by notes of hazelnut and almond, peach and mirabelle plum. On the palate a fine and intense effervescence in balance with delicate acidity. As the wine unfurls, a delicate minerality and the complex flavours of orchard fruit and citrus.

This Beaujolais has deep colours of cherry and purple-blue tint. The nose is lush with a spicy pepper touch. The attack is fruity, rich and round with currants and raspberries.

Brewed by infusion with strong and hearty Flemish hops, then fermented using top yeasts, 3 Monts is perfectly balanced between malt aroma, fruity flavours and bitterness. The head is generous, dense and long-lasting.

On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. On the palate, the wine is currently still physical. It is compelling, tactile and vibrant rather than aromatic. The rhythm and tempo are more dominant than the melody. At first mild and delicate, then strongly, confidently mineral, persistent, precise, with a refined bitterness, and an iodine, saline tang.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. A blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, with 12 months of aging partly in oak barrel. Golden yellow colour with aromas of white flowers, acacia and oak.

clean, light raspberry & juniper, On the nose. Quite smooth, off dry, with warming & pronounced raspberry & juniper, On the palate. In balance, with lighter cardamom & black pepper notes. The medium finish has some complexity, with an aftertaste of juniper & raspberry. Overall, this is a pleasant, flavoured gin with a relatively simple, balanced flavour profile.

This is a 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc blend. It has aged for 12 mths in second fill barrels. The nose displays all the subtleties of the great Pomerol wines, mingling aromas of fresh raspberry, blackberry, black pepper, Earl Grey tea and lavender. The silky mouthfeel and lush flavours of red fruit prolong its expression on the palate. Its intensity lingers with hints of spice, liquorice and brown sugar.

Brouilly, the most southerly of the Beaujolais "Crus". This ruby - coloured wine has a very fresh and fruity smell with hints of blueberry, blackberry and plum. A pleasant and joyous wine that can be drunk young though it ages well.
