This sparkling wine is vinified from the Pinot Noir varietal. It offers all the delicacy of red fruits and flowers with good structure at the mid palate and no tannins.

Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

Colour: pale pink colour, with salmon-pink lights. Nose: it provides a mixture of red fruit (currant, raspberry, and cherry), citrus (grapefruit) and grenadine aromas, enhanced by a touch of menthol. Palate: the attack is frank, held together with a freshness which is well-balanced and round.

Sophie Valrose is a beautiful, pale salmon coloured rose. Elegantly fragrant with aromas of wild strawberries, citrus and delicate floral notes. Round and creamy on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a silky smooth finish

The nose is layered with exotic spice, cracked black pepper and of course streaked with crushed vanillin, Palate is polished and smooth on entry but steeped in depth and texture as the flavors swirl around, lengthen and delight, the lasting impression is satisfying but subtle and fine.

Canard-Duchêne created the exceptional CharlesVII in tribute to the Champagne region’s royal past. This 100% Chardonnay grape champagne is a pale golden colour with aromas of white fruits, pears and a hint of lychee. Creamy and silky mouth feel.

The 2018 Cap De Faugeres is composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine opens with intense scents of preserved plums, kirsch, chocolate and menthol with hints of wood smoke and spices. The palate has a velvety texture with plenty of red fruit character.

An easy drinking wine with aromas of liquorice and blackcurrant. A fruity Côtes du Rhône, slightly spicy, with well balanced tannins. This wine is ready to drink, best enjoyed young and already very drinkable.

Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale color is pleasing to the eye. Very pale pink and perfumed. Focused fruit and notably crisp with a fine dry finish.

Syrah and Grenache grapes give the wine its deep ruby colour. Extraordinary care during extraction accounts for its unctuous quality and rich mix of sun-baked black fruits. Astute élevage (aging, fining, filtering, and blending) yields a round wine with soft ripe tannins and long finish.

60 Crus (vineyrads) of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have gone into this blend. A deep golden robe with delicate and vivacious long lasting bubbles. Complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. On the palate, the texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries.

The 2018 Belle-Vue includes five grapes in the blend for the first time. 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Carménère. Deep garnet - purple colour. It sings of chocolate - covered cherries, fresh red and black currants and black raspberry scents with hints of wild sage, pencil lead and lavender. Fresh - tasting with a chewy texture and a mineral - tinged finish.

Complex bouquet, combining dark berry and spice aromas. Nuances of pepper, cinnamon and blueberry. Dense, fruity attack. Full-bodied, with elegant, perfectly integrated tannins. Beautiful aromatic expression and pleasant freshness on the finish.

This Haut-Medoc blend is comprised of 48% Cabernet sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet franc, and 1%, Carmenere. Maturation has taken place in oak barrels (30% new barrels) for 14-16 months. A deep purple colour, velvety and elegant tannins, floral and spicy notes.

The 2017 Château Beychevelle Grand Cru AOC Saint-Julien Bordeaux contains 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. Chateau Beychevelle 2017 has a very deep purple colour. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruit. The purity of the fruit, the finesse of the tannins and elegant oaky notes come together to offer silky palate. Chateau Beychevelle 2017 is a harmonious marriage between the elegance and precision of Cabernet Sauvignon and the generosity and roundness of Merlot.

A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from older vines. Oak aged for 6-10 months. This medium-bodied wine has integrated tannins and soft fruit flavours meaning it is a pleasure to drink now.

The 2016 blend is 55% Merlot, 35% Cabenet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon (vines organically certified) picked from the 26th of September to the 15th of October and matured in 60% new oak. Aromas of red and black fruit, with some flint and graphite notes that integrate with black fruit on the palate. "Unlike other vintages of Canon La Gaffelière, I feel that this will require four to five years in bottle. As good as the 2015 last year, it might even surpass it." - The Wine Advocate

This Saint-Emilion blend is comprised of 49% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Franc, and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging has occurred in new oak barrels (60%) on the lees for 16 months. Deep, dark, ruby-red colour. Aromas of plum and black fruits. On the palate cedar notes and rounded tannins. On the palate, black currant, blackberry and plum fruit with tobacco at the finish.

Very complex bouquet with lots of spices and black fruits lifted by great floral hints. The 2020 Château Canon La Gaffelière is a elegant full-bodied wine with juicy and silky tannins. Racy and long, fresh chalky finish.

This Castillon blend is comprised of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. Opaque purple-black colored, this wine delivers intense scents of prunes, Black Forest cake and ripe, fresh blackberries with hints of Marmite toast, tapenade, damp soil and truffles. On the palate black fruit preserves with a velvety texture.

Medium-bodied, round, lush and forward, with a dusty-textured, chocolate, and plum core of ripe, sweet fruits, polished tannins and a touch of spicy, espresso in the finish.

Color is yellow with golden reflects. In the nose, the smell of almonds and butter pairs very well with elegance with white fruits and citrus notes. The finish is long and mineral. Aging has occurred on the lees.

Ruby red colour; light red currant aroma with a touch of vanilla & spice; dry, light-medium body; ripe currant and plum flavours, well balanced with soft tannin finish. "

This Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot blend has aromatics ripe fruits and liquorice. Rounded, fresh and well structured palate, and well integrated oak on the finish.

The current blend is 85% Merlot, with 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, round and plush with a deep purple colour. Noticeable fruit notes consisting of dark plum and dark berry. Possessing an elegant and long drawn - out finish.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. Aging has occurred in French oak (80% new, rest 1-2 years old) for 18-24 months. Aromas include earthiness, mint, notes of tobacco leaf, cedar, currents and blackberry. Dusty tannins in balance with cassis and cranberry notes.

This 100% merlot has a lifted piquant nose of blackcurrant, fresh mint, graphite and fresh cedar. A smoky, textured wine; soft and fleshy, it is an example of modernity.

Ruby red in colour with notes of strawberry and cherry, with toasty notes. Smooth and round with soft tannins.

Coming from clay, soils, the Chateau La Ribaud is a solid, attractive 2018 that has medium- bodied notes of cassis, currants, tobacco, and earth. Medium bodied with moderate tannins, and a charming, nicely balanced style.

Gorgeous aromas of crushed blackberry, violet and dark chocolate lead to a full-bodied palate, with powerful, chewy tannins and loads of beautiful fresh fruit.

This Pauillac blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 3% Cabernet franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. Aging has taken place in French oak barrels for 18 months (75% new wood). The wine offers a characteristic nose combining fresh fruity and spicy aromas with fine oaky notes. The attack is supple, rich and aromatic. On the palate it is velvety and perfectly balanced, with dense tannins, powerful structure, freshness and beautiful length.

The 2020 is a highly concentrated vintage. Notes of licorice, grippy and charismatic cassis and blueberry fruit with a velvety texture layered with blackcurrant pastilles and rich dark chocolate.

Intense red color with a beautiful brilliance. Cabernet Sauvignon the grape variety that contributes blackcurrant and spicy aromas, color, robustness and good ageing potential. Merlot, adding roundness and fruitiness. Cabernet Franc, lighter in color and tannins than the Cabernet Sauvignon, brings fresh fruit notes and a good balance. "

The colour is so deep and dense it is almost opaque. The nose is expansive, complex and elegant with vibrant black fruit aromas alongside praline and hints of mahogany, while the palate is full and luscious, its richness balancing beautifully with a vein of elegant minerality. Well-structured tannins give a velvety, succulent mouthfeel. The Cabernet Franc grapes have produced a wine of beauty, style and elegance, with excellent aging potential.

Deep ruby colour. Intense nose with spicy notes of black and red pepper. Very well-balanced with floral and spicy flavours.

Pey La Tour shows a very deep, shimmering ruby color. On the nose, red fruits such as blackcurrant, & blackberry prelude to a very fruity palate. The wine is fleshy, mild, with a remarkable freshness for the vintage giving a crunchy ripe fruit sensation.

This Saint Estephe blend is comprised of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. The colour is a deep red with purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit (black cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry) are made more complex by toasty and liquorice notes. On the palate, the impressive attack leads on to fleshy and crunchy fruit. This harmonious blend is kept taut by nice freshness at the end of the palate and great aromatic length.

There is a fascinating balance in the Phélan Ségur 2020. Its expressive, remarkably open nose is an invitation to plunge into a "multicolored, polyphonic" universe of fruit and flowers. Chiselled structure, subtly fleshy, dense with finely woven tannins.

Deep garnet, red fruit, concentrated, balanced. Aging potential: very good.

Château Suduiraut 2020 reveals a brilliant golden yellow colour. The nose is open to exotic fruits such as lychee, mango and pineapple, then develops more candied nuances, yellow peach, finishing with ginger and delicate woody notes. The attack is full-bodied, the palate opulent but sustained by a fine tension. There are hints of yellow peach and candied apricot. The finish is velvety, spicy and yellow-fruited.

68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot and 6% Petit Verdot. The wine is medium -deep in colour. Very aromatic with floral and dark berry character intermingled with cigar box and bay leaf notes.

Superb ruby red colour with a complex nose of soft fruit like blackberry, blackcurrant and strawberry. This wine has good structure and elegant tannins. There is a long finish with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.

This Pessac-Leognan blend is comprised of 53% Sauvignon Blanc and 47% Semillon. Maturation occurred in stainless steel vats (30%) and oak barrel (30% new oak barrel on the lees for 9 months. The nose and palate are elegant with ripe/juicy William pear, lemon, lychee, yellow peach, and a hint of minerality.

Medium-bodied, juicy and elegant structure with fresh tropical fruits.

54% Cabernet Sauvignon and 46% Merlot. Intense, deep ruby red colour. Appealing aroma of blackberry and raspberry along with pencil shavings and cedar wood notes. Approachable and succulent, yet layered with complexity and possessing a savoury finish.

Enticing red and black currant flavours. Medium to full bodied with subtle earthy notes.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 63% Merlot and 37% Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation has occurred for 15 months, 15% were new oak barrels. Bouquet includes; red berry fruit, cinnamon and touches of brown spice. The palate is fruity and well-balanced, tannins are well structured.

Bright fruit and slight notes of toasting, light tobacco. A wine with substance, carried by perfectly integrated, well-coated tannins.

Light golden reflections. Aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, white flowers with hints of candy, pear and pineapple. The opulent and tasty palate combines liveliness and purity thanks to a dominating minerality.

Fresh fruit aromas of morello cherry, wild raspberry and spices. On the palate, this wine offers a velvity texture with silky tannins. Elegant wine with a well balanced finish.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. The current blend is mainly the 2010 vintage ; the exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage are expressed when tasting the wine which shows a deep intense color, some scents of black fruits (mulberries, cherries) greatly backed up by a lovely integrated tanic structure, this enhancing a long and complex final.

This blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre has sweet raspberry and black cherry on the nose, with some herbs, licorice and pepper notes. Great fruit flavours in the mouth complement the herbs, spice and licorice notes. Medium- to full-bodied with sweet tannins leading to a long finish, this is an ideal wine for lamb dishes.

Enjoy aromas of toasted brioche, vanilla and white blossom. The palate is deliciously fresh and creamy.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. Youthful deliciousness.

Aroma of fresh, wild - ripe strawberries. Flavours of strawberries, cherries with some herbal notes accompanied by some spice and possessing a clean, well - balanced finish.

Lively with mineral notes on the nose, with a tonic and astringent finish.
