Our Merlot Les Jamelles is a very complex, rich, long and fat wine. With its dark colour, it displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, black currants, and cherries), jam and cooked fruits as well as smoky scents (peat) and spicy perfumes (cinnamon, thyme). This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is a well-balanced easy-drinking wine.

On the palate, this wine is complex, rich, long and fat. It displays aromas of crushed black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries) and jam. The tannins are plump and well-integrated. Unlike many Pinot Noirs grown in the Pays d'Oc, this wine is not dominated by heaviness or an excessive over-ripeness.

Pale pink with lychee highlights. The succulent nose expresses intense grapefruit and red berry fruit aromas. On the palate, the attack is forthright and highly expressive, marked by the grapefruit notes found on the nose. Sourced from select vineyards amidst the foothills of the Massif Central near the beautiful communes of Pézenas and Narbonne, FAT bastard Pinot Noir is a brilliant expression of the land from which it is made. The relatively high altitudes of the vineyards provide the optimal temperate conditions necessary for aroma and color development in the wine. Intense, cherry red in color with fruit-forward flavors of crushed strawberry and wild raspberry followed by delicate tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Shiraz and Grenache grapes are used for this wine. Intense raspberry and strawberry aroma. On the palate, ripe red fruits.

The grape varieties used in variable proportions are: Airen Ugnic Blanc, Colombard, Durello and Chardonnay. Pale straw colour, with a fine bubble structure and open floral notes. The elegant Prima Perla Crémant de Limoux from France is a cuvée vinified from the Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir grapes. Wonderful aromas of pomelo, lemon, grapefruit and kumquat, rounded off by other fruity nuances. Lively on the palate with hints of lime and lemongrass.
