The whiskey is rich and dark with an aroma of baked apples, toasted oak and baking spices. The entry follows suit with a slightly sweet entry that immediately turns to dry, cut oak and a little smoke. A medium bodied fresh red wine, with upfront summer berry aromas, complemented by subtle cedary and spicy oak flavours. The fruity palate is balanced by subtle integrated oak flavours. This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. Enjoy this wine on its own or as an accompaniment to roast, grilled and barbecued meat and chicken dishes.

Moonshine is as American as apple pie. So it only made sense to blend pure apple juice, ground cinnamon, and other spices with our whiskey to create Ole Smoky Apple Moonshine. This delicious combination of flavours can conjure up memories of warm apple pie on a cool summer evening and goes down just as easy.

We took the undeniably delicious flavours of butter, cream, toasted pecans, and caramel and blended them all up with Ole Smoky moonshine. The result was nothing short of heavenly.

A strong nose of raspberry, fynbos with a hint of mint and violets. Very elegant wine with supple firm tannins and an underlying fruit structure giving it a juicy but full finish. Full of cherries.
