This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

A rich, bold, terroir-driven blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from select micro-blocks. Abundant spice, floral, and dark red fruit aromas, enveloping the palate with dense structure, toasted oak, fine tannins and red plum flavours.

Soft amber in color, with an aroma of sweet rye grassiness upfront, followed by hints of citrus and apple. Flavor notes of toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla wafers and a soft hint of pepper that leads to a beautiful, sweet and complex finish with a creamy mouth feel.

Mash Bill: 80% Corn, 10% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. Gold in color, with an aroma of toasted oak and sweet corn with a hint of citrus and apple. Flavour notes of sweet-toasted maple, roasted creme brulee, and subtle hints of a granny smith apple and caramel lead to a very balanced, long, soft, and slightly sweet finish.

Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. It receives an additional “blessing” when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity, giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices, and its finish is silky, warm, and pleasant.

The nose begins with lingonberries and waxy leaves, as well as sour cherries, violets, and rosebuds, followed by a more traditional line of rye spice, oak, and cinnamon. The palate is rich with vanilla upfront, with chocolate syrup, green oak, and the burnt corner pieces from a brownie tray. A short finish shifts to astringent oak, with spearmint, and baking spices heavy on the cloves.

Rich and concentrated aromatics of peach, apricot and honey integrate well with the flavours of citrus and mango all balanced by a crisp lively acidity.

Aged in special barrels which expose the whiskey to a greater percent of oak surface. Rich tasting with notes of caramel, oak and spice.

The whiskey is rich and dark with an aroma of baked apples, toasted oak and baking spices. The entry follows suit with a slightly sweet entry that immediately turns to dry, cut oak and a little smoke. Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. The palate is densely packed with flavour - this is high-impact wine to be sure, broad, voluptuous, and ambitiously made. Alcohol is high but integrated, while tannIns are thick and velvety, supported by sufficient acids. Big, bold, beautiful, balanced, decidedly west coast style red, drink or hold into the late' the 20s or beyond.

Each varietal lot was kept separate and then aged carefully for 20 months before blending, racking and bottling. Always unfined and unfiltered to best show the terroir. Rich black fruits mixed with spicy notes and classic Similkameen minerality.

This rich full-bodied wine features a deep intense ruby colour, and deliciously persistent aromas of ripe red raspberry, dark chocolate with toasty caramel and vanilla notes. Opulent notes of blackberry fruit, spice and pepper grace the palate with a well-rounded tannin structure and fruit-driven lingering finish.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The finish is long and smooth with ripe tannins, elegance and finesse. Best to drink within four to five years.

The palate is very seductive and complex, full of intense red berried fruits with intriguing exotic spices and a long lingering finish. This wine can be enjoyed right now but also has the ability to age for another 5-8 years. We recommend baked salmon, roasted duck and other game dishes with this wine.
