We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. Our Tennessee Sipping Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks, it smells, and of course the way it tastes.

The whiskey is rich and dark with an aroma of baked apples, toasted oak and baking spices. The entry follows suit with a slightly sweet entry that immediately turns to dry, cut oak and a little smoke. Moonshine is as American as apple pie. So it only made sense to blend pure apple juice, ground cinnamon, and other spices with our whiskey to create Ole Smoky Apple Moonshine. This delicious combination of flavours can conjure up memories of warm apple pie on a cool summer evening and goes down just as easy.

Banana pudding ranks up there with all the best things in life. Which is why we took the flavours of vanilla wafers, whipped cream, and banana and blended them with our moonshine to create a smooth sipper to make life even sweeter.

We took the undeniably delicious flavours of butter, cream, toasted pecans, and caramel and blended them all up with Ole Smoky moonshine. The result was nothing short of heavenly.

Nothing brings - out the sweetness of watermelon like a little sprinkle of salt. We took this mouth - watering, salty - sweet combo and added it to Ole Smoky Whisky.

We took the flavours of sweet chocolate chip cookie dough and mixed them in with our aged whiskey.
