To celebrate our 20th Year in brewing we have brewed and matured a very special edition of The Original, spending three months in these casks the beer has taken on bold flavours which complement the signature Original flavours perfectly.

Vanishing Point 07 is an Imperial Stout which hand-selected every ingredients and heralds a Double Cask maturation for the first time in its history. First spending 9 months in The Glenlivet 18YO casks before being finished for 3 months in Sherry Casks. Deep, dense and dark with a foam to match.

Rich and concentrated aromatics of peach, apricot and honey integrate well with the flavours of citrus and mango all balanced by a crisp lively acidity.

Enchanting aroma of sea air, peat and light smoke. On the palate wispy peat smoke infused with citrus fruits, cinnamon and heather honey. Finishes with lingering hints of salt with layers of peat smoke.

Here the suave Cabernet Sauvignon teams up with the more playful Shiraz varietal to be a mouthful of excellent red wine. Hints of currant berry, cassis and spicy blackberry hints abound in a juicy package that rings true. This is a good wine to have on hand for everyday fare, take-out nights or drop in weekends.

Hints of apple, vanilla and spice on the nose. Medium bodied with notes of lemon, pie crust and spice on a balanced, round finish.

This release celebrates precious whisky stocks from the "ghost" distillery, Port Dundas. This liquid will be a blend of 8 malt and grain whiskies from the Johnnie Walker Blue Reserves with distinct Port Dundas characteristics: vanilla, coconut and tropical fruits.

The whisky used in this blend gives an immediately succulent flavour. Soft, floral, and silky vanilla tones, along with a creamy peach flavour, leave a light sweetness in the mouth. Fresh blackcurrant and exotic, juicy mango notes give way to a gentle smokiness that slowly begins to emerge and create a full and indulgent experience. Nutmeg and gingerbread give a warm, animated character before relaxing and making way for the smokiness. Jura Seven Wood is crafted from American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and six different French Oak barrels. Caramelized peach, chewy liquorices and candied orange with a hint of sea-spray and smoke.

Crafted at and matured at a Glasgow distillery, this lowland single malt's characteristics include: fruity, spice, vanilla, biscuit and a long finish. Maturation has occurred in a combination of Oloroso Sherry casks and Kentucky Bourbon casks.

Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic cost, is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both sherry and bourbon barrels. This sherry cask Scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of oloroso barrels, imparting a balance of dried fruits, dark chocolate and rich peat smoke into the spirit.

In this deep expression from virgin oak and our smokiest reserves, peaty casks lead spice and smoke on their eternal dance with deep sweetness. The smooth, oily start shines with sweet richness, before lemony citrus and sea salt add freshness and an explosion of spice to savour. Mid-palate, the taste becomes more drying, its smoky intensity ever-growing. Great waves of peat wreathe the long, smoky-spicy finish. Lagavulin soars to fresh heights of spiced smoke.

One of the smokiest noses from Islay. It's big, very, very concentrated, and redolent of iodine, sweet spices, good, mature sherry and creamy vanilla. Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and sherry with good fruity sweetness, but also a wonderful sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak.

Very pale gold. Elegant beading. Light body. A celebration of Lagavulin that has a straightforward smoky-clean aroma, an absence of distractions and a mighty Lagavulin taste at full strength - and even when smoothed out with water.

A rich, dried fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke and strong, barley-malt flavours, warming and intense. At the back of the mouth is an explosion of peppery smoke.

This is a 11 year old Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been finished in Double Charred oak casks. The result is a glorious adventure in "sweet peat" by combining the intense peat and charred wood notes of the Lagavulin.

Glints of gold, with notes of clean sea air, citrus and ripened berries mingle with intense herbal smoke in an enchanted fusion of heady aromas. The creamy-smooth and robust texture plays perfect canvas to a rich palette of swirling flavours. Sweet with juicy plums and with a hint of saltiness and then additional herbal and smoky notes.

Full - bodied and utterly unforgettable 10 Year Old Cask Strength Laphroaig Whisky. This Islay Single Malt is non chill filtered and bottled at natural cask strength.

Vibrant yellow gold in colour with aromas of sweet stewed apples topped with crisp slightly caramelized pastry, tanned leather and vanilla. On the palate sweet and spicy notes lead way to vanilla, sea salt, pork cracking and fresh ground black pepper, gentle spice and charred oak. Long warming finish.

Bright golden amber; aromas of smoke, toasted coconut, vanilla and roasted seaweed; warming alcohol, full bodied, with pronounced flavours of smoke, ocean mist, dried flowers and a balancing sweet vanilla.

Tawny, auburn in colour. On the nose: sweet and peaty with medicinal notes of Manuka honey, hospital bandages, antiseptic lotion, strong cloves , and also grilled smoky bacon, a distinctive character of sweet leather, iodine and pine tar. On the palate rich wax and furniture polish notes are followed by treacle toffee, maple syrup, bitter dark chocolate combined with pencil shavings, pine needle and cedar scented wood. The finish is long sweet and spicy with chestnut honey.

This limited edition series celebrates the legacy of one man, the last of the Johnston family to own and manage the Laphroaig distillery, Ian Hunter. Aging for 30 years in Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry cask developed aromas of dried dates and figs, cigar box, toffee, dark chocolate, pink peppercorns, all spice and some medicinal notes. Honey and sweet smoked stone fruit also unfurl on the palate. A very complex whisky.

The colour is deep gold. The nose is complex; smoky and herbal, with notes of Amsterdamer pipe tobacco, Eucalyptus, mint, fresh hay, a hint of jasmine but also autumn leaves and dry flowers along with sweet notes of vanilla, maple syrup, toffee, candy sugar, honey and black pepper. The palate; peaty and sweet, barbecued honey glazed gammon with sweet spicy marinade together with citric and fruity notes of lemon and lychee, a touch of iodine, cedar wood and earthy floral notes, bonbon and toffee sweetness. The finish; floral and ashy with wood smoke lingering.

This 34-year-old Laphriaog Single Malt is the fourth in our exclusive series commemorating Ian Hunter. Maturation occured in American White Oak Bourbon barrels with finishing in first-fill European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks. This non-chill filtered whisky has notes of honey, black pepper, and of course peat.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

Lore is a complex marriage of both classical Laphroaig styles and many ages of Laphroaig. Deep Mahogany in colour, the nose is rich and smoky with seaside minerals with a hint of ash and bitter chocolate drops. The palate is richly peaty with a spicy chili bite with a short dry finish and a long sweet aftertaste.

Full sparkling gold. Burning embers of peat in a crofters fireplace, hints of coconut and banana aromas. Deep, complex and smoky yet offers and surprises the palate with a gentle sweetness. Really long, and dries appropriately with smoke and spice.

A sparkling gold with layers of colour. Peat first, then ripe red fruits with a hint of dryness. Full bodied with sweet up front then classic dry, peaty, ashy flavours followed by a rich finish. Long lingering and florally with marzipan and limes at the end.

Mouth-watering with a sweet and creamy edge. Some delicate hints of bonfire embers. Vanilla emerges and a hint of peppery warmth comes to the fore. With water, there is more spice and dark chocolate, with a wee hint of sweet smoke.

Our Cabernet Merlot is full bodied and fruit forward, with attractive notes of strawberry, dark cherry and hints of mocha.

Prince Dougal's Dram includes 4 single malt whiskies to create a celebration of the Speyside and Highlands. The different malts combine to create something seductive, mouth-coating and irresistible. A zephyr of sherry oak whips up the floral, citrus nose; the sweet, soft palate is engulfed in malt, gentle spice, white fruit with hints of mustard and classic Clynelish wax.

Brewed with accredited natural mineral water and the best quality ingredients. A rich tempting aroma of peppery hops and raisins, while the palate is dominated by more dark fruit, juicy malt and tangy hops. Bombardier is an iconic beer loaded with distinct English brilliance. A well-balanced combination of the sweetness of malt and the aridity of salt. Traces of gooseberry and a hint of lime complete this fine example of Highland Malt.
