Inspired by our original Spiced Rum from the Rum and Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, is a rum crafted with the sweet notes of roasted and candied pineapple. Well balanced with hints of soft brown sugar and nutmeg colliding with a whiff of aniseed and lime zest. Super refreshing, especially with lemonade, lots of ice, a wedge of lime and bunch of fresh mint.

Where a blended rum meets exotic spices to create a unique and distinctive flavour profile. Those familiar with Saffron cake will certainly find a hint of that alongside notes of Pedro Ximénez Ice cream. Next comes a whisper of creamy caramel followed by vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and of course, those subtly sweet undertones of orange.

We use casks that once contained premium Caribbean rum to finish our 21 Year Old expression. This expression spends four months finishing in Gran Reserva barrels selected by our Malt Master, adding to its distinctive and complex flavour. Experience an intense and vanilla sweet aroma, floral with hints of banana, followed by a soft, lively taste with lime, ginger and spice and a complex and exceptionally long ending.

Unlike most other single malts Glengoyne has been preserving the essence of its flavour for decades by using air-dried barley rather than barley dried using harsh peat smoke. The result is a more subtle, complex whisky in which all of the delicate flavours are freely allowed to express themselves. Sweet with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty with fresh green apples coming through. The taste is clean; green apples and grass with a hint of sweet licorice. Sweet and malty finish.

This Lowland Single Malt Whisky has a hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. Smooth and pleasing in texture, the opulent and rounded taste starts lightly sweet and becomes elegantly drying, with a vibrant oaky spiciness that persists in the dry finish.

Lingering with traces of toasted hazelnuts and lightly smoked almonds.

The taste is balanced between honey, malt and flowery scents. Dates and figs emerge in the background with a hint of wood smoke. The finish is long and enticing with the sweetness of dried fruit and subtle dryness of Oloroso nuttiness.

On the nose, astonishingly perfumed and filled with fruity complexity. Soft notes of rose, jasmine and carnation blend with ripe, red fruits, mint toffee and cake mix. Spicy notes on the palate with additional hints of soft, red fruits, pineapple, pear, oranges, ginger and sweet chili.

There is no age statement. This sumptuous, special reserve whisky is aged first in American oak bourbon casks for smooth, fruity notes. It is then finished in hand-selected wine casks from Sauternes, the most famous and ancient sweet wine-growing region of France. This single malt scotch has scents of citrus and ripening peaches and a hint of vanilla. Vanilla, ripe fruit and floral note are detected on the tongue. A ten-year-old single malt, Glenmorangie Original is produced by marrying the delicate spirits that emerges from Scotland’s tallest stills, with first and second fill American white oak casks.

The Glenmorangie 14 Year Old Port Cask Finish has been matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured in specially selected Ruby port pipes from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. Extra maturation is a wood finishing technique pioneered at the Glenmorangie distillery. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours.

Stewed fruit combines with subtle ginger and cinnamon spice, with a hint of beeswax polish. Bitter orange and hazelnut lead to notes of chocolate raisins. Smooth, ripe plum notes infuse with festive spices balanced by cracked black pepper. Dried cherry comes to the fore alongside mature oak. Full and spicy with lingering citrus fruit and toffee.

Balanced aromas of green apple, blossom and soft vanilla oak enveloped in a gentle sherry spiciness. On the palate, an immediate oaky vanilla sweetness is counterbalanced with rich malty notes. The finish is sweet with a hint of woody spice.

Grants Triple Wood 12 YO is matured in three types of casks. Vibrant with aromas of fruit (blackcurrant and peaches) balanced with a sweet, vanilla maltiness. The taste is sweet and rich with a lovely mix of vanilla, honey and spice; the finish is long, soothing and warm and a vanilla maltiness rounds out the finish.

Aromas of classic juniper with decadent stone fruit which complements and accentuates the freshness of our signature cucumber notes. The stone fruit flavours are rounded out by sweet aromatic herbs for a deliciously smooth, distinctly different fragrantly fruity finish.

One of the smokiest noses from Islay. It's big, very, very concentrated, and redolent of iodine, sweet spices, good, mature sherry and creamy vanilla. Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and sherry with good fruity sweetness, but also a wonderful sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak.

This is a 11 year old Lagavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been finished in Double Charred oak casks. The result is a glorious adventure in "sweet peat" by combining the intense peat and charred wood notes of the Lagavulin.
