Ballantine’s 12 Year Old is a rich, smooth and complex whisky, blended from specially selected single malt and grain whiskies. The result is a fully rounded blend with the perfect balance of honey, oak, fruit, spice and a creamy texture with a refreshing finish.

The aroma of Beefeater Gin is both spicy & fruity, with a nice balance & a focus on the flavour of junipers. The palate is dry but ideally balanced with a herbal bouquet. Its finish is dry with citrus notes.

Light pastel peach colour with a hint of red. The classic Beefeater flavours of Juniper and citrus are enhanced by the slightly sweeter notes of peach and a delightful burst of raspberry on the finish. Soft peach on the nose with a hint of ripe raspberry.

Deep golden brown colour with honey and raisins on the nose, rich full bodied and soft textured; a great after dinner drink.

The blend is comprised of indigenous Portuguese grapes. Aged six months in French oak barrels. Deep ruby colour. An exuberant aroma of red berries. Rounded tannins and full mouth feel.

Bombay Bramble is made by infusing Bombay Sapphire Gin with "natural flavours from freshly harvested blackberries and raspberries." The sweetness comes only from the berries and there is no added sugar.

Bombay Sapphire has a ripe citrus aroma with rounded spice and a touch of juniper. The flavours from the 10 botanicals create a gentle, aromatic taste layered with citrus, exotic spices and a hint of sweetness.

A unique aromatic flavour expression of Bombay Sapphire, combining the ten signature exotic BOMBAY SAPPHIRE botanicals with an additional three – golden turmeric, Indian white cardamom, and Spanish mandarin to create a complex but beautifully balanced, vibrant gin.

Boodles possesses and understated nose and taste, never showy or cloying. Its botanical lend contains a number of traditional herbs and spices uncommon in gin, including nutmeg, sage and rosemary. These ingredients add a mellow but herbal quality to Boodles, balancing out the juniper notes. Boodles contains no citrus, designed by its original distillers to perfectly round out the classic G&T.

To the eye a burished chestnut colour. On the nose, notes of Freesia, dried geranium and lilies merge with the aromas of citrus fruits, followed by the sweeter notes of acacia honey, apple pie, vanilla pods and cream. The complex palate iniatially starts dry with floral notes, like carnations then developing into sweeter notes of lemon merigue, grilled almonds and light crème caramel fudge with a hint of pepper, nutmeg, oak and light coconut. The finish is long with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.

Burnished gold colour with aromas of ripe papaya, caramelized mango and molasses. On the palate a bounty of tropical fruits with drizzling honey and warm Islay peat smoke.

Deep rich mahogany colour. Aromas of honey, treacle and exotic fruits, combined with polish, beeswax and caramel. Flavours include: pipe tobacco, toffee, chocolate, spices, leather, chestnuts and pralines. Long luxurious finish.

Auburn colour. On the nose, fruity cooked plums and prune jam. Corinth raisons and sultana notes with a strong Oloroso influence. Toffee and maple syrup, licorice, grilled orange peel and smoked seaweed. The taste profile reveals chestnus honey, strong bee's wax, fresh leather and cigar tobacco, roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate with a hint of oak tannins.

Aromas of sherry-soaked raisins, cocoa, orange marmalade, Christmas spices, cherry blossom, maraschino cherries and liquorice. On the palate warm pear, fruitcake, cocoa, and a sprinkling of sea salt.

Aged 29 years. Orange barley sugars, ginger nut biscuits and lemon meringue pie are followed by sweet apricot jam and marzipan. The toasted oak brings smooth chocolate and vanilla notes. Beautifully complemented with syrupy fruit, raisins, plum and melon. Over time, iodine and a hint of coconut come through, with a delicate oak spices of warming ginger and cinnamon. A velvet texture, the depth and balance of this single malt glides across the palate.

The aroma is dominated by balsamic and floral notes as well as red berries and mature woodland berries. With fruit flavour, and soft distinct volume, this wine has a lasting elegant finish.

Dead Man's Fingers Passion Fruit Rum has sweet tropical passion fruit aroma with hints of mango.

Inspired by our original Spiced Rum from the Rum and Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, is a rum crafted with the sweet notes of roasted and candied pineapple. Well balanced with hints of soft brown sugar and nutmeg colliding with a whiff of aniseed and lime zest. Super refreshing, especially with lemonade, lots of ice, a wedge of lime and bunch of fresh mint.

Where a blended rum meets exotic spices to create a unique and distinctive flavour profile. Those familiar with Saffron cake will certainly find a hint of that alongside notes of Pedro Ximénez Ice cream. Next comes a whisper of creamy caramel followed by vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and of course, those subtly sweet undertones of orange.

It's bright raspberry and cherry flavours marry well with cocoa power and mineral notes with the drier finish characteristic of Dow's Ports.

Pale tawny colour, aromas of almonds, pecans, maple and raisins; sweet raisin pie, caramel, walnut and fig flavours.

Deep youthful ruby colour. Intense rich fruity nose crammed with pure blackberry, cassis, cherry and plum aromas interwoven with notes of spice. The palate full bodied and round, with a smooth velvety texture balanced by firm mouth filling tannins. The juicy black fruit flavours linger into the rich luscious finish.

An exotic fusion of the finest aged Scotch malt whiskies and exotic ingredients from around the world; a carefully selected range of spices, Mediterranean tangerines, cinnamon, almonds and honey. Surprisingly smooth and sweet, Glayva tantalizes the palate. It’s a taste that has won the prestigious IWSC Award for Best Liqueur an impressive 5 times. Crafted by Edinburgh whisky merchant Ronald Morrison, the recipe remains unchanged from the day it was first created in 1947. “Glayva” translates in Gaelic to very good, the words spoken by Morrison’s warehouseman upon tasting the liquid.

Rich, bronze colour. A complex nose with substantial oakiness matched by fruit and luscious sherry notes. The taste profile reveals wood influence as well as floral sweetness. The finish is long.

On the nose, astonishingly perfumed and filled with fruity complexity. Soft notes of rose, jasmine and carnation blend with ripe, red fruits, mint toffee and cake mix. Spicy notes on the palate with additional hints of soft, red fruits, pineapple, pear, oranges, ginger and sweet chili.

GRAHAM’S 10 Years Old Tawny has a deep tawny colour. On the nose, it shows complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious long finished.

GRAHAM’S Late Bottled Vintage has a deep ruby colour. Rich perfumed, packed with red and black fruits of the forest. Sweet and bursting of flavours of black berries and black currants balanced by a backbone of firm tannins. With a long and lingering velvety smooth finish.

This 130 year old Tawny Port is a unique gem. The Special Edition is drawn from very few casks. Colheita Tawny Ports are produced from the very best single harvest and are not blended.

Black/purple colour. A lovely complex nose with excellent sweet and rich fruit aromas such as black cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry. On the palate packed with solid, structured, rich and intense black fruit flavours and an admirably long finish.

Dark red colour, with a seductive rich perfume of ripe plums and cherries. On the palate, complex, with a good structure and a long lingering finish.

Medium amber colour; floral and pear aromas; light flavour with a slight sweetness

Sloe gin is created by carefully steeping sloe berries over several months in dry gin, it is then blended with natural sugars. It pours a bright ruby red colour; with concentrated aromas of plum, hits of almond and frangipane. Warm on the palate with delicious, fruit flavours - not too sweet or too tart.

A dark, full bodied, very fruity, luscious, fragrant and very rich sipping wine. It is to be savoured as a dessert wine, with rich foods, chocolate, petit fours, with coffee and as a digestive.

Enchanting aroma of sea air, peat and light smoke. On the palate wispy peat smoke infused with citrus fruits, cinnamon and heather honey. Finishes with lingering hints of salt with layers of peat smoke.

No less than 42 whiskies, including Speyside malts which lend it character, this versatile blend displays herbaceous and floral notes.

Created using only whiskies aged for a minimum of 12 years from the four corners of Scotland.  Complex aromas include: spice, treacle, white pepper and citrus. The palate is rich with wisps of wood smoke, spice, barley, cereal, creamy toffee and finishing with notes of sultanas and mixed peels.

This limited edition series celebrates the legacy of one man, the last of the Johnston family to own and manage the Laphroaig distillery, Ian Hunter. Aging for 30 years in Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry cask developed aromas of dried dates and figs, cigar box, toffee, dark chocolate, pink peppercorns, all spice and some medicinal notes. Honey and sweet smoked stone fruit also unfurl on the palate. A very complex whisky.

The colour is deep gold. The nose is complex; smoky and herbal, with notes of Amsterdamer pipe tobacco, Eucalyptus, mint, fresh hay, a hint of jasmine but also autumn leaves and dry flowers along with sweet notes of vanilla, maple syrup, toffee, candy sugar, honey and black pepper. The palate; peaty and sweet, barbecued honey glazed gammon with sweet spicy marinade together with citric and fruity notes of lemon and lychee, a touch of iodine, cedar wood and earthy floral notes, bonbon and toffee sweetness. The finish; floral and ashy with wood smoke lingering.

This 34-year-old Laphriaog Single Malt is the fourth in our exclusive series commemorating Ian Hunter. Maturation occured in American White Oak Bourbon barrels with finishing in first-fill European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks. This non-chill filtered whisky has notes of honey, black pepper, and of course peat.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

This liqueur is produced using 13 aromatic plants, seeds and spices that have been manually selected. Double distillated in copper stills. Yellow amber in colour with delicate aromas of fennel, rosemary, orange, cinnamon, cardamon as well as an additional array of spices. On the palate mint, herbal notes and spices (notably cinnamon).
