The distinct character of the Aberfeldy 12 is the result of uniting the Highland's finest natural resources. Created with fresh spring water from the nearby Pitilie Burn, they are truly "Scotch" Scotches, as only Scottish Optic Barley is used. Colour: Full, gold yellow. Nose: Floral, light smoke, nutty, orange zest. Palate: Fresh, hint of sweetness, honey, oak, citrus. Body: Full bodied. Finish: Long, subtle vanilla, soft oily, subtle sweetness.

An explosion of crackling peat sets off millions of flavour explosions on the tongue: peat effervesces with tangy lemon and lime juice, black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee. This is followed by a wave of brine infused with smooth buttermilk, ripe bananas and currants. Smoke gradually wells up on the palate bringing a mouthful of warm creamy cappuccino and toasted marshmallows. As the taste lengthens and deepens, dry espresso, liquorice root and tarry smoke develop coating the palate with chewy peat oils.

The complex nose boasts fresh herbs, hints of vanilla, pear, fresh cracked black pepper, honey glazed ham, Turkish coffee and pine notes. It is rich on the palate with lots of chocolate, tar smoked back and eucalyptus. The finish is long with hints of cocoa, fudge and savoury meats.

The palate is smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime.

Dead Man's Fingers Passion Fruit Rum has sweet tropical passion fruit aroma with hints of mango.

Inspired by our original Spiced Rum from the Rum and Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, is a rum crafted with the sweet notes of roasted and candied pineapple. Well balanced with hints of soft brown sugar and nutmeg colliding with a whiff of aniseed and lime zest. Super refreshing, especially with lemonade, lots of ice, a wedge of lime and bunch of fresh mint.

clean, light raspberry & juniper, On the nose. Quite smooth, off dry, with warming & pronounced raspberry & juniper, On the palate. In balance, with lighter cardamom & black pepper notes. Unlike most other single malts Glengoyne has been preserving the essence of its flavour for decades by using air-dried barley rather than barley dried using harsh peat smoke. Grants Triple Wood 12 YO is matured in three types of casks. Vibrant with aromas of fruit (blackcurrant and peaches) balanced with a sweet, vanilla maltiness.
