Amarula is a premium cream liqueur based on the spirit derived from the fruit of the South African Marula tree and the finest dairy cream. This delicious liqueur is world renowned for its delectably rich, soft and smooth texture. This layered and sophisticated red blend exudes aromas of blueberries, crushed herbs and tobacco leaf with hints of dark chocolate and cedar oak. The palate reveals velvety tannins and a savoury palate with a well-rounded, persistent finish.

On the nose and palate, there are concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, as well as notes of spice and zesty citrus.  The palate is full, textured and you are left with a lingering aftertaste.  It is an elegant wine with lingering nuances of honeysuckle and frangipani.

The nose is immediately enticing with hints of pink grapefruit, tangerine blossom, dried green fig, firm gooseberries & fleshy white nectarine. A touch of vanilla bean and cantaloupe edge through, too. The palate has an intensity befitting the nose - simultaneously salivating with salinity and freshness, lively & electric. The wine has a texture that reflects the unique Klein Constantia terroir and the finish is particularly long.

Aromatic with hints of red berries and plums. A slight herbaceous note can be found in the finish.

This elegant Shiraz exhibits notes of prunes, cardamon, tobacco leaf aromas with subtle hints of clove and white pepper. The purity of fruit on the palate are complemented by fleshy tannins that deliver a spicy and savoury finish.

Metaxa is fine Greek spirit made by diluting an aged cask strength brandy with muscat wine and a recipe of botanicals including anise and rose petals. Each star represents a year's ageing.

On the nose an abundance of sweet spice, berries, dates and a hint of tobacco leaf and pepper. A rich and intense, full-bodied wine with ripe and silky tannins. Excellent integration of fruit and wood with a hint of spice.

Ouzo 12 is a pure and natural spirit, with a rich and complex aroma, and taste of Greek aromatic seeds, such as fennel, star anise, anise, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg, produced in the same traditional way for more than 100 years.

Deep ruby in colour. Aromas of red cherries and dark fruit give way to a light oak spice. The palate is medium to full bodied with well structured tannins. The wine is fresh and vibrant concluding with a lengthy finish.

A strong nose of raspberry, fynbos with a hint of mint and violets. Very elegant wine with supple firm tannins and an underlying fruit structure giving it a juicy but full finish. Full of cherries.

Full-bodied red wine with a dark brick red rim. Raspberry, blackcurrant, cassis, cigar box, and earthy herbal notes with rounded ripe fruit and tannins, which gives length to the finish.

Finely textured wine, with firm supple tannins. Mouth filling, concentrated dark fruit leads to a solid finish lifted by touch of Chenin. Serve with rare roast beef, rack of lamb, prosciutto ham, Irish stew, and duck.

A wine to ward off evil spirits or an icy winter. Consisting mainly of press wine the last drops pressed from the skins after fermentation this blend is concentrated in the extreme. While the spiciness of French Oak lends an air of sophistication, this is not a wine that will be revered for its subtlety. The Quentin Tarantino remake of Sideways.

It is dense in colour and bold in flavour. It has an abundance of cherries and plums on the nose with hints of perfume and cloves. The intense concentration on the palate displays juicy bright fruits and well - integrated oak. The silky - smooth tannins contribute to the wine's round and seamless finish.

Complex and stylish, with bags of ripe blackcurrant and coffee flavours. This wine is bone dry, yet exhibits a lovely sweet fruit character on the palate. The finish is long and firm.

Cab Sauv - Medium-bodied with ripe cherry aromas and a concentrated fruit finish. Sauv Blanc - An elegant, crisp wine displaying ripe granadilla flavours on the fore pallet, followed by a hint of line that lingers on the aftertaste.
