Smooth and medium bodied, Captain Morgan Original Spiced is a spirit drink based on a secret blend of Caribbean rums, mellow spice and other natural flavours. It gets its distinct richness and amber colour from aging the rum in charred white oak barrels.

We farm Cabernet grapes in eight of Napa’s 16 sub-appellations, with diversification enabling us to make the best possible wine in a given year. Our Cabernet offers layered, lush aromas and flavours, including cocoa, cassis and ripe dark berries.

This vintage is deep garnet colour with a red-tawny edge. Characteristically and aromatically flamboyant Caymus style - nose of French oak barrel and cassis-like tones of ripeness, saddle leather and espresso. This wine's palate is full, rich with abundant soft tannins and a hint of rustic grittiness. Youthful energy and eminently enjoyable for current drinking, yet age worthy to gain additional complexity over next half- decade.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

Vibrant velvety purple with initial scents of supple leather and earthy wood, and additional aromatic layers of ripe blackberries, rose petals and a hint of clove. Flavours of berry cobbler mingle with leather, a wisp of campfire, flowers in bloom and chocolate covered raisins. Delicate luxury.

We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. Our Tennessee Sipping' Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks, it smells, and of course the way it tastes.

Moonshine is as American as apple pie. So it only made sense to blend pure apple juice, ground cinnamon, and other spices with our whiskey to create Ole Smoky Apple Pie Moonshine.

We took the undeniably delicious flavours of butter, cream, toasted pecans, and caramel and blended them all up with Ole Smoky moonshine. The result was nothing short of heavenly.

Ole Smoky Hunch Punch Moonshine is a delicious concoction that combines our smooth moonshine with a summertime blend of juices from oranges, pineapples and cherries.

A razzed up berry flavour with a sour twist. We took our moonshine and blended it with a flavour combination of tasty blue raspberry and topped it off with a sour kiss.

We'd be hard pressed to find a treat as tasty as a peanut butter cookie. But we came close when we took the sweet, creamy flavour of peanut butter and blended it perfectly with our smooth whiskey. It's a delicious sipper.

Not much compares to white chocolate covered strawberries. Except for maybe our White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Moonshine. We took the mellow, creamy flavours of white chocolate and fresh strawberries and mixed it in with our moonshine to create a sipper that'll keep you coming back.

Grapes for this Malbec are grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, then chilled and transported by ocean voyage to Caymus, where we use our winemaking techniques to create a style that is dense, dark and supple. Red Schooner does not include a vintage date but is known by the voyage from which it traveled (i.e. Voyage 10 is the 2020 vintage). Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins.
