Pale yellow with a hint of green. Aromas of dried peach and apricot with a hint of litchi. With the emphasis on the fruit, the flavours on the nose carry through on the palate.

Elegantly restrained full body, tautly-structured with polished tannins and integrated acidity. The classic cassis, smoke and dusty spice flavours carry through on the intense, complex finish. A perfect match with medium-rare roast beef, or other red meats.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Soft, “sweet” and generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. Like 2009, another excellent vintage.

With a nod to nostalgia and a taste different than the rest. Sweet Blush is lively with summer strawberry flavours and luscious hints of cotton candy, lemon and green melon.

A more fun style than your typical Shiraz, this fresh, fruity, semi-sweet wine displays aromas and flavours of ripe, juicy berries with dark chocolate undertones. The perfect balance between sweetness and acidity makes for a refreshing approachability. It is versatile food wine, best served lightly chilled.

Golden hued, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas and layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavours.

A medium bodied fresh red wine, with upfront summer berry aromas, complemented by subtle cedary and spicy oak flavours. The fruity palate is balanced by subtle integrated oak flavours. This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. Enjoy this wine on its own or as an accompaniment to roast, grilled and barbecued meat and chicken dishes.

Bouquet Palate. A full-bodied wine with ripe fruit, cherry and delicate oak spice flavours, firm tannins and a lingering aftertaste. Food suggestions: Excellent served with robust dishes such as pâtés and steaks, as well as full-bodied dishes such as beef stroganoff, winter stews, roasts and mature cheeses. Aromas of blackcurrants and cherries with nuances of vanilla in the background.

Full-bodied red wine with a dark brick red rim. Raspberry, blackcurrant, cassis, cigar box, and earthy herbal notes with rounded ripe fruit and tannins, which gives length to the finish.

A brown/chestnut in appearance, initial deep scents of brown sugar and toffee; then candied walnut, toasted marshmallow, treacle and dark, old honey. Creamy in texture, with highlights of burnt sugar and cocoa, earthy, grassy and lean, with pocket flavours of treacle and marzipan.

This red blend shows aromatic layers of fresh red fruit, cassis and pencil shavings with undertones of tobacco and dark chocolate. The palate is elegant and soft with nuances of oak and dark plums.

Brilliantly clear with flecks of green, it's very appetizing to look at and even more so to drink. Subtly perfumed with floral notes and fragrances of dried apricot and peach and a hint of litchi, its crisp, zesty and easy-drinking.
