The medium finish has some complexity, with an aftertaste of juniper & raspberry. Overall, this is a pleasant, flavoured gin with a relatively simple, balanced flavour profile.

Baking spices, namely cinnamon, accompanied by bitter dark chocolate, exotic fruit sweetness, raisins and a hint of dark liquorice and orange peel on the finish.

This is a blend of aged spirits, which have been finished in Cognac casks. Chocolate and fruit aromas and flavours.

Spiced rum with aromas of flambeed bananas, Quebec maple syrup and a touch of vanilla.

A brown/chestnut in appearance, initial deep scents of brown sugar and toffee; then candied walnut, toasted marshmallow, treacle and dark, old honey. Creamy in texture, with highlights of burnt sugar and cocoa, earthy, grassy and lean, with pocket flavours of treacle and marzipan.

Aromas of pepper, toffee, apricot, spicy rye, lemon, honey, and oak . Flavours of sugar cane, candied orange/peaches, vanilla, spice, caramel, dark fruit, and peppercorn. The finish is long.
