Plum Gekkeikan is made with the choicest plums from the world-renowned orchard in Wakayama in central Japan. Tender and succulent, the plums are carefully hand-picked at the moment of perfect ripeness. In an aged-old tradition, they are fermented and then aged to ensure a rich, smooth flavour. Rich in mineral, citric acid and polyphenol. Elegant and authentic; a perfect reflection of the fruit.

We choose rare Japanese malt whiskies, finest malt whiskies from the rest of the world and fuse this unique blend with the highest quality pure spring water from Japan. Eight traditional botanicals used for gin are combined with six Japanese botanicals to create this gin. Aromas of cherry blossom and green tea are followed by various botanical flavours including Yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) smooth and silky on the palate.

Initial aging has occurred in sherry, bourbon and Hogshead casks and then finished in Mizunara Oak. Aromas of honey, wisps of chocolate, dry grass and bonfire smoke. On the palate caramel, coffee, gently smoke, seaweed and vanilla. Long finish with notes of salted caramel.

Tenjaku is aged in heavily seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels resulting in a rich, full bodied malt flavor, with a grain taste that is toned down but freely allowed to express its individual characteristics. This exquisite balance forms a clean, timeless blend of 3yr, 5yr & 6yr whisky.

The whisky is unique as it is cut with pure filtered desalinated ocean water. Aromas include caramel, vanilla, a touch of grain whisky, light honey, some floral and red apples. On the palate caramel, red apples, vanilla, hazelnut and a touch of chocolate.
