Don Papa Rum is made using sugar cane grown on the island. Aged for over 7 years in American oak barrels before being charcoal filtered, Don Papa is light and fruity on the nose while smooth and delicate on the palate with flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits with a long textured finish.

Lush tropical fruit and spice on the nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Round, mellow, full-bodied palate with rich flavours of fruit and spice. The finish is delightful, elegant and dry.

This 5th generation family estate rum is sustainably produced (carbon neutral), Fair Trade certified and is naturally aged without artificial ingredients. 7 years of aging achieved a mahogany colour, aromas of honey and caramel and flavours of banana, caramel and a hint of wood smoke.

The reserve No 5 has aromas of caramel, burnt sugar, vanilla and orange zest. On the palate balanced flavours of tropical fruit, toasted nuts, spice, oak and vanilla.

This is a premium blend of select single estate rums, distilled, Bourbon barrel-aged and blended on the East Bank of the Demerara River in the lush tropical Caribbean country of Guyana.  An explosion of banana, vanilla, shortbread, candied almonds and toasted oat aromas. Additional notes of dark brown sugar and island spices (nutmeg, clove and cinnamon), vanilla bean, cocoa, dark honey, caramel and oak. Hints of English toffee, dried fruits (especially Sultana raisins, dates and apricots), dark bitter semi-sweet chocolate and a nice heavily steeped tea finish. An explosion of banana, vanilla, shortbread, candied almonds and toasted oat aromas.

This is deeply hued lager with a distinctive, sweetish malty taste, balanced by a smooth bitterness.

Amber in color. Aged up to 7 years in ex-bourbon barrels, with a taste profile of mature honey with hints of toasted oak, almond, tropical fruit, nutmeg and vanilla.
