A blend of L'Acadie and Chardonnay grapes. In the glass, a pale golden colour with a straw hue. On the nose suggestions of smoke and lemon rind with strong sea minerals undertones. The palate is luscious with vibrant notes of lime blossom and hints of smoke.

Soft salmon with a light pink hue. On the nose, notes of peaches, apricot and key lime unite with floral overtones of rosewater and white flowers. On the palate, the wine displays suggestions of ripe papayas, lemon zest, and a delicate level of sweetness in perfect harmony with its bright and crisp character.

Bumbu Crème is a blend of Bumbu Rum, select spices, and rich, decadent, real dairy cream. Flavours of caramel, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cream.

Bumbu XO is truly a thing of beauty. A smooth, rich and complex handcrafted rum, XO is aged up to 18 years in bourbon barrels and finished in Spanish white oak sherry casks to achieve a beautifully balanced, endlessly sippable rum. This special release is distilled and aged in Panama, where a truly unique and unquestionably superior rum is created. Aromas of toffee, toasted oak, and vanilla give way to orange zest, peppery spice and even a hint of coffee on the palate.

Don Papa Rum is made using sugar cane grown on the island. Aged for over 7 years in American oak barrels before being charcoal filtered, Don Papa is light and fruity on the nose while smooth and delicate on the palate with flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits with a long textured finish.

Georgia Peach is an unfiltered flavoured ale that pours golden and hazy. Bursting with aromas of delicious ripe peach and tropical fruit, this supremely drinkable pale ale is loaded with tons of peach flavour and finishes with a smooth, well-rounded bitterness.

This is a premium blend of select single estate rums, distilled, Bourbon barrel-aged and blended on the East Bank of the Demerara River in the lush tropical Caribbean country of Guyana.  An explosion of banana, vanilla, shortbread, candied almonds and toasted oat aromas. Additional notes of dark brown sugar and island spices (nutmeg, clove and cinnamon), vanilla bean, cocoa, dark honey, caramel and oak. Hints of English toffee, dried fruits (especially Sultana raisins, dates and apricots), dark bitter semi-sweet chocolate and a nice heavily steeped tea finish. An explosion of banana, vanilla, shortbread, candied almonds and toasted oat aromas.

Light, crisp, effervescent, and quenching. Nine Locks Dirty Blonde is a North American-style Weizen brewed with Canadian wheat and barley. Bready, grainy wheat notes give way to a slightly tart and acidic finish.

Super hazy, soft silky mouthfeel, light bitterness and huge citrus and tropical hop flavour. Semi-sweet grainy malt, oats and wheat with massive, juicy dry hop aroma.

This is deeply hued lager with a distinctive, sweetish malty taste, balanced by a smooth bitterness.

Amber in color. Aged up to 7 years in ex-bourbon barrels, with a taste profile of mature honey with hints of toasted oak, almond, tropical fruit, nutmeg and vanilla.
