This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

This medium bodied Chardonnay was cold fermented to conserve the grapes full aromas. Fruity and well balanced, this wine is great on its own and a perfect partner for light to medium meat dishes, seafood or pasta.

This ruby red spicy and noble red wine is the most famous Hungarian wine. It is blended of Kékfrankos, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zweigelt wines. The harmony of the component is developed by oak ageing in the cellars of Eger which are carved in tuff. Well-balanced and full of warmth, EGRI BIKAVÉR is best enjoyed with red meat, game and strong cheeses.

This red is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. Ageing occurred in American and French oak before blending. Aromas and flavours of blackberry, raspberry, vanilla, red current and cedar. Very smooth finish.

Here is a straightforward Pinot Noir with a cute label. Aromas of red currents and cherries, cedar and dill with an earthy core highlighted by violets. It’s a light bodied and juicy with fresh red fruit and hints of cocoa. An enjoyable wine at a good value.

Varietals in this blend are: Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A deep ruby red coloured wine has a fruit-forward bouquet of cherry and blue plum, accented by smoky oak, cigar box, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, flavours of cherries and plum mingle with spice and sweet vanilla notes. Ripe cherry fruit, chocolate, black pepper, Chai spice, and earth notes on the finish.

Aromatic with hints of oak, tobacco leaf, sweet spice, dark plum, and black cherry. Lovely notes of black coffee, cocoa, blackberry and spice linger in the finish.

Here the suave Cabernet Sauvignon teams up with the more playful Shiraz varietal to be a mouthful of excellent red wine. Hints of currant berry, cassis and spicy blackberry hints abound in a juicy package that rings true. This is a good wine to have on hand for everyday fare, take-out nights or drop in weekends.

Hints of apple, vanilla and spice on the nose. Medium bodied with notes of lemon, pie crust and spice on a balanced, round finish.

The Reserve Merlot opens with an intense, deep nose filled with aromas of plum, blackberry, anise and mocha. The palate is lush and rich revealing similar flavours along with subtle hints of dried tobacco, sage and earth. The fine grained, dusty tannins support the rich fruit, and the finish is filled with notes of espresso, cocoa and licorice. The Reserve Merlot has been aged in American and French oak for 12 months.

Incredible brightness and intensity of fruit highlighted by citrus, passionfruit, and lime; complemented with hints of gooseberry and lemongrass on the complex and lingering finish.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The finish is long and smooth with ripe tannins, elegance and finesse. Best to drink within four to five years.

This medium bodied wine has smooth tannins and flavours of red and black berries, plum, and cherry, which also linger on the finish with an added note of spicE.

The palate is rich and complex with sweet floral, honey and hazelnut underpinned with rich tropical fruits and biscuity, sizzled butter notes. The oak is cleverly implanted giving a seamless, silky smooth quality to this well balanced Chardonnay.

This Rooster shows great 'posture' as he moves through the flock. Notes of blackberry, tobacco leaf, spice, sweet oak, and currant escape from the glass.

This red wine is very dark and densely coloured with attractive purple tints. Royal Tokaji's 1st growth Nyulaszo vineyard is the benchmark for quality. As in all aszu wines, the three grape varieties are Furmint, Harslevelu and Muscat de Lunel. The characteristics are a vivid gold colour with honeyed apricot and orange peel flavours which are uplifted with dramatic acidity.

Bright straw yellow color with a bouquet of ripe red apple, pear,, pineapple and yellow plum, perfectly balanced by vanilla extract and oak. Pairs well with scallops in a cream sauce or a wild mushroom risotto.
