Herdade do Monte da Ribeira is located in the heart of the Alentejo region. Monte da Ribeira Blanco is a blend of Antao Vaz, Verdelho and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Aromas of mango and pineapple, some notes of tangerine peel and mineral. Fresh, complete and structured mouth, with a medium finish.

Three Swallow is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in mainly 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. Pot Still spice combines with crisp barley character. Delicate herbs give way to green banana and grapefruit while a nutty note of marzipan reflects the wood contribution of specially selected casks.
