Herdade do Monte da Ribeira is located in the heart of the Alentejo region. Monte da Ribeira Blanco is a blend of Antao Vaz, Verdelho and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Aromas of mango and pineapple, some notes of tangerine peel and mineral. Fresh, complete and structured mouth, with a medium finish.

This stout has a deep black colour with reddish hue and pours with a thick creamy head. Rich and complex coffee aroma with light liquorice notes, the Fuggles hops leads to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

Pot Still spice combines with crisp barley character. Delicate herbs give way to green banana and grapefruit while a nutty note of marzipan reflects the wood contribution of specially selected casks. An initial taste delivers smooth mouth-coating barley followed by an eruption of green apple and citrus notes. Herbs and spicy flavours are complemented by a touch of cedar wood for extra complexity.
