The world's oldest whiskey distillery recipe is a blend that includes a high g proportion of triple distilled single malt whiskey. Matured in bourbon casks, with aromas of dried coconut, oatmeal, tropical fruits and subtle vanilla on the palate with a creamy finish. Enjoy over ice or with a mixer.

This wine has a light straw colour in the glass with moderate viscosity. The nose shows notes of mango, peaches in syrup and pineapple. The palate is medium sweet but not cloying with flavours of ripe pear, golden delicious apple, peach and pineapple.

This Icewine is billowing with ripe peaches and apricots on the nose combined with delicious overtones of marmalade and candied brown sugar. Perfect on its own as a dessert or an excellent match to fresh fruit, rich pâté or fine blue-veined and cream-based cheeses.

Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

Apricot, mango, pineapple, banana, honey and clove flavours. Serve well chilled on its own or with pastries, rich cheeses and foie gras.

Founded by CEO Connor McGregor, the name from the district of Dublin he grew up in. It’s a blend of triple distilled single malt, Irish grain spirit, and matured in bourbon barrels. The aroma is charred oak, vanilla, honey with flavours of chocolate and ripe green apple, and a soft finish.
