This triple distilled Irish whiskey includes a high proportion of single malt whiskey that has been matured for 8 years in former oloroso sherry casks. Black bush is rich, fruity and nutty with flavours of rich jam and dark chocolate with a rich finish. Enjoy on the rocks or in your favourite cocktail.

To the nose, lemony citrus with hints of green apples, vanilla/sugar. The taste & the finish are bitter, bitter almond, malty oak. The finish fades to bitter notes of fresh oak. Young whiskey, light and straight forward. Would probably be a very good whiskey to incorporate marmalades recipes.
