Brennivin is a caraway flavoured aquavit (un-sweetened schnapps) and is the countries signature spirit. Introduced in 1935, Brennivin is made from the extraordinarily pure Icelandic water imparting it with deliciously sweet taste and a soft finish. Have no doubts however this is an aquavit, and Brennivin has the right level of intensity with notes of caraway seeds. Best enjoyed on its own ice cold or use its unique taste to experiment with cocktails.

Bright and refreshing, like our founders. Following the tradition and standards set by our founders, Prairie White Ale is a true Belgian-style wheat beer. It is patiently brewed from Saskatchewan two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Matured in top quality edition Oloroso sherry casks, Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry is bottled at the distillery, without any colouring or chill-filtration. Vinho is fully matured in used American oak wine barrels that have been toasted and re-charred in a way that brings out fruity vanilla notes from the wood into the whisky overlaid on a delicate background of complex fruitiness. It has a complex and multi-dimensional background of pepper, spice, dates and other fruits, such as ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of bursting citrus fruits. A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate on top. Pepper is also present in the background waiting to be noticed. This bouquet is simply a sensational feast to your olfactory organ.

Aromas of blackstrap molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut, and toffee with a subtle layer of ripe pineapple.
