Brennivin is a caraway flavoured aquavit (un-sweetened schnapps) and is the countries signature spirit. Introduced in 1935, Brennivin is made from the extraordinarily pure Icelandic water imparting it with deliciously sweet taste and a soft finish. Have no doubts however this is an aquavit, and Brennivin has the right level of intensity with notes of caraway seeds. Best enjoyed on its own ice cold or use its unique taste to experiment with cocktails.

Mantuano is a blend of rums that have been aged for up to 8 years. Aromas of dried plums, oak and a delicate spiciness are followed by flavours of dried fruits, wood and vanilla.

A complex blend of Copper pot still rums aged for 12 long years, has a characterful nose, showing fruit cake, rum'n'raisin ice cream, cocoa, dried ginger, cinnamon and clove. Develops baked bananas with fudge sauce and chewy toffee notes alongside vanilla oak and a deeper note of syrupy gingerbread, with hints of orange zest. The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose.

The Selección de Familia has been aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. First creamy, then juicy plum set against a backdrop of coconut. Cooked oak spice and brandy ripple across the palate, chased down by rounded pepper and bold toffee sweetness. Smooth, with thick notes of demerara sugar. Well-rounded, long finish with a hint of pipe tobacco on the tail.

This mixture gives off a refreshing smell of ripe, freshly sliced peaches with sweet notes of fresh picked oranges. There is also a slight lingering aroma of Willamette hops that create the base of this blend. The orange flavour dances with the sweetness of peaches, while the malt and hops give a balanced foundation.

Our Crafty Radler includes a mix of ale and grapefruit and tangerine soda; It exhibits a natural cloudy pink colour.  Refreshing aromas of ripe, freshly sliced grapefruit, ripe tangerine and a hint of Willamette hops.
