Plum Gekkeikan is made with the choicest plums from the world-renowned orchard in Wakayama in central Japan. Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

Initial aging has occurred in sherry, bourbon and Hogshead casks and then finished in Mizunara Oak. Aromas of honey, wisps of chocolate, dry grass and bonfire smoke. On the palate caramel, coffee, gently smoke, seaweed and vanilla. Long finish with notes of salted caramel.

Tenjaku is the Japanese characters for the Skylark (Hibari) songbird, this craft gin that truly captures the aromas of Japan. Crystal-clear spring water, refined through the bountiful four seasons, ties these ingredients together in a perfect combination.

Yuri is the name of the local area of Honjo-shi and Masamune is an old term for Japanese sake. This sake is mellow and rustic and has a firm structure, its nutty and earthy notes are balanced by an underlying fruitiness.
