Plum Gekkeikan is made with the choicest plums from the world-renowned orchard in Wakayama in central Japan. Tender and succulent, the plums are carefully hand-picked at the moment of perfect ripeness. In an aged-old tradition, they are fermented and then aged to ensure a rich, smooth flavour. Rich in mineral, citric acid and polyphenol. Elegant and authentic; a perfect reflection of the fruit.

Hakutsuru Sake is characterized by its full-bodied taste and mellow aroma. Can be enjoyed at any temperature - warm, hot, chilled, or room temperature.

Hakutsuru Draft Sake is fresher and livelier with a more complex flavour profile than pasteurized sake. Draft Sake has a refined crispness, with a light, fresh and smooth flavour. Enjoy this sake chilled.

Hakutsuru Sayuri is light, smooth and faintly sweet with a slight degree of thickness due to the coarse filtering process.

Brewed with meticulous care and traditional methods, Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo is characterized by its refined flowerlike aroma, refreshing taste and silky smoothness. Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.

Colour: Amber. Nose: Rose, hint of rosemary, mature woodiness, sandalwood. Palate: Honey-like sweetness, candies orange peel, white chocolate. Finish: Subtle, tender long finish, with a hint of Mizunara (Japanese Oak).

Mild fruity aroma with delicate notes of over-ripe cantaloupe, honeydew and honeysuckle. Round and smooth on the palate, with a medium, creamy body. Finishes long and smooth, with a hint of pear.

Perfectly balanced with heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum, balanced oak, peat and toffee with hints of sandalwood and green tea. Non chill-filtered.

A unique whisky showing enticing aromas of sweet exotic fruit, ripe pear, cherry, citrus notes and subtle floral scents. Intense sweet fruity flavours of pear and apricot nectar and caramelized papaya. Finishes sweet with bourbon vanilla.

Big boned and complex character. Floral aromas with dates and Brazil nut cake, a delivery of soft smoke flavours that melt into a honeycomb of fruit, clove spice and toffee apple. A slight kick of caramel is rounded off by butterscotch notes.

Eight traditional botanicals used for gin are combined with six Japanese botanicals to create this gin. Aromas of cherry blossom and green tea are followed by various botanical flavours including Yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) smooth and silky on the palate.

Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

Clear and colourless; mineral aromas and flavours; medium bodied with an almost creamy texture, medium long finish.

This whisky possesses impeccable balance and harmony, a pale golden colour with subtle flavours of citrus, green apple and thyme; the palate is silky but warming and finishes with mildly sweet and saucy notes of vanilla and ginger that linger pleasantly.
