The reserve No 5 has aromas of caramel, burnt sugar, vanilla and orange zest. On the palate balanced flavours of tropical fruit, toasted nuts, spice, oak and vanilla.

The palate has a soft, creamy texture, with good depth of fruit and added complexity from yeast autolysis. A delightfully soft, creamy texture, excellent weight and balance, and refreshing natural acidity which lingers in a crisp, dry finish.

Pale green. A bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits backed by characteristic herbaceous notes that Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is famous for. Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which give the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. We harvest the fruit early and use neutral yeasts to accentuate the Chardonnay varietal character. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.
