Bacardi Black Rum is a mixable, light bodied, dark rum with a reddish hue, aged upwards of four years in carefully selected oak barrels. It is blended to achieve characteristic Bacardi smoothness. Bacardi Black Rum is a medium, full bodied blend that is smooth and mellow in flavour with aromatic impressions of tropical fruits, apricots, plums and bananas. It has a continuous woody finish with hints of vanilla.

Bacardi Gold Rum is the original, mixable, light bodied rum, aged upwards of two years in carefully selected oak barrels. After aging, it is blended to achieve characteristic Bacardi smoothness. Bacardi Gold Rum is amber in colour, mellow in taste, with impressions of vanilla and a balance of walnuts, spices and tropical fruits on a subtle background of oak. Its finish is mellow and smooth.

Smooth Spiced Rum from the heart of charred oak barrels for a hint of smokiness.

Bacardi Superior is a light white rum with impressions of vanilla and fresh apricot and subtle notes of fruits and nuts. It has a mild, soft aromatic taste with impressions of crystallized fruit, marzipan and vanilla. Its finish is dry, crisp and very clean.

Sweet and expressive with fragrance of orange blossom, honeysuckle, Mandarin orange and ripe peach aromatics.

The colour is a rich scarlet-red, with opulent aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of caramel. The palate comes alive with flavours of ripe raspberries, strawberry jam, a dense blackberry core, warm gingerbread, and a hint of toffee. It is perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity, plush weight on the mid-palate and a wonderfully supple texture. The expansive fruit flavours carry through to a long, pure and persistent finish. When asked to describe this wine, I simply say it’s like a taste of Christmas, all year long.

Aromas of currants, dried roses, fresh tilled soil and hints of smoked meat. Flavourful wine with notes of blueberries and blackberries with the warmth of vanilla and toasted bread. Full-bodied with smooth, silky tannins and a long, mouth-watering finish.

In Italian, "Paisano" means friend. This is a slightly sweet red wine with lots of fresh red fruit flavours.

Caymus has a signature style that is dark in colour, with rich fruit and ripe, velvety tannins as approachable in youth as in maturity. We farm Cabernet grapes in eight of Napa’s 16 sub-appellations, with diversification enabling us to make the best possible wine in a given year. Our Cabernet offers layered, lush aromas and flavours, including cocoa, cassis and ripe dark berries.

These vintage features both richness and freshness coming together in an intriguing way. Fruit is luscious and the integrated wood compliments rather than defines the wine. Aroma of cassis and blackberries. The palate starts off sleek then expands with luxurious tannins. Fruit driven wine with an overlay of French oak in the finish.

This vintage is deep garnet colour with a red-tawny edge. Characteristically and aromatically flamboyant Caymus style - nose of French oak barrel and cassis-like tones of ripeness, saddle leather and espresso. This wine's palate is full, rich with abundant soft tannins and a hint of rustic grittiness. Youthful energy and eminently enjoyable for current drinking, yet age worthy to gain additional complexity over next half- decade.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

Vibrant velvety purple with initial scents of supple leather and earthy wood, and additional aromatic layers of ripe blackberries, rose petals and a hint of clove. Flavours of berry cobbler mingle with leather, a wisp of campfire, flowers in bloom and chocolate covered raisins. Delicate luxury.

Grapes for this Malbec are grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, then chilled and transported by ocean voyage to Caymus, where we use our winemaking techniques to create a style that is dense, dark and supple. Red Schooner does not include a vintage date but is known by the voyage from which it traveled (i.e. Voyage 10 is the 2020 vintage). Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins.

On the nose intense vanilla, dry buttery toffee and subtle cinnamon notes. Flavours include: warm spices of cinnamon and nutmeg with rich vanilla. A hint of burnt toffee creeps into the finish.

Our Pinot Noir is sourced from premier coastal regions, with cooling breezes off the Pacific Ocean that balance the bright warmth of the sun. These ideal conditions allow for an extended growing season, enabling us to create a layered wine that holds broad appeal. Strikingly soft, with scents of baked cherries, vanilla and brown spice.

Southern Comfort is a New Orleans Liqueur made from neutral spirits with fruit, spice and whisky flavourings. It is a full bodied, full proof spirit with light citrus and stone fruit notes, touch of warm spice, cinnamon and herbal notes, with hints of caramel.

The Kraken is crafted from aged Caribbean rum and blended with a secret mix of spices including vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Named after the beast of legend, this spiced rum is dark, smooth and bold. Aromas and flavours of toffee, allspice, cove, vanilla, ginger and peppercorns.

Clean, white, pepper spice with faint, but discernible grilled sweet corn. Slightly sweet with creamy mouthfeel and cracked black pepper feel. Clean minerality with grain character evident and a faint hint of tinned sweet corn. Slightly hot black pepper finish, with faint lingering Brazil nuts.
