A limited-edition rare rum blend, crafted by Bacardi Rum Master Blenders. The Rye cask finish is a blend of rums aged from 8 to 12 years in American oak barrel with a additional finish in Kentucky rye casks. Aromas and flavours include: caramel, vanilla, orange, and hints of walnuts and almonds.

This wine is extremely approachable, rich and well rounded. The nose shows hints of vanilla, pomegranate, eucalyptus and chocolate. The palate is bright and fruit forward, displaying raspberries, strawberry jam and currants.

On the nose aromas of peaches, orange rind, and guava are present. Full bodied and intensely aromatic. Pear, apple honeydew melon and mangoes on the palate.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours.
