Predominant fresh red fruits on the nose with forest fruits jam, spices and toasted notes. Fruity, smooth, elegant and harmonious flavours. A very versatile wine. Serve with roasted fish, roasted white meat, stewed or roasted red meats and soft cheeses.

Made from four grapes harvested later than usual to achieve a greater ripeness and smoothness. It results in a deep and inky wine, with ripe plum and blackcurrant aromas. In the mouth it shows prune, fig and cherry fruit notes. Chocolate and licorice flavours, given by aging in oak barriques, dominate a long and smooth aftertaste.

Very aromatic with notes of ripe black and red fruits. In the palate, juicy plums and dark berry fruit flavour with plenty of fresh yet fine tannins that take over at the finish, along with flavours of spice and licorice.

Amber golden in colour, soft and rich on the palate with a fine and mellow fruit flavour blending in with the almond overtones of prolonged cask aging.

Pale tawny colour, aromas of almonds, pecans, maple and raisins; sweet raisin pie, caramel, walnut and fig flavours.

Deep youthful ruby colour. Intense rich fruity nose crammed with pure blackberry, cassis, cherry and plum aromas interwoven with notes of spice. The palate full bodied and round, with a smooth velvety texture balanced by firm mouth filling tannins. The juicy black fruit flavours linger into the rich luscious finish.

On the palate it is a wine of great elegance and smoothness, with good fresh acidity, smooth and rounded tannins and a medium intensity palate aroma in which fruit prevails. The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

Herdade do Monte da Ribeira is located in the heart of the Alentejo region. Monte da Ribeira Tinto is a blend of Aragonez, Trincadeira, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet grapes. Aging has occurred in French and American new oak for 6 months. Aromas of dried figs, chocolate and cigar tobacco. Good structure, ripe fruit character and acidity on the palate, leading to medium to long finish.

Pousada Ruby is a fortified wine of a red vibrant colour, has very rich aromas of ripe young fruits, is strong and full-bodied in the palate and has a long and persistent finish.

Portal's 10 Year Old Tawny is a blend of wines aged in old casks where they acquire the amber colour and turn the young rich fruit into elegance. A powerful yet gentle wine. The palate is complex with a fruity mouth of red and wild berries and hints of nuts. Solid acidity that provides structure and a soft mouthwatering feel. The finish is medium in length leaving trails of fruit and oak.

Straw green, a full nose of tropical fruits backed with some citrus, reminiscent of pear, passion fruit and lemon zest blended with a touch of white pepper. This smoothly textured medium bodied white exacerbates limoncello, fine minerality and a clean citrus finish.
