We start with pure, crystal-clear water drawn from ancient island aquifers. Then we craft the perfect blend of malted barley - a recipe with a bit of colonial British ancestry, informed by generations of island tradition. For the finishing touch, we ferment longer, at colder temperatures.

Pale Gold colour leads way to aromas of fresh tropical fruitiness, vanilla, coconut and spices. The palate is softwith a well-balanced natural sweetness, vanilla and oak spices.

Matured in top quality edition Oloroso sherry casks, Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry is bottled at the distillery, without any colouring or chill-filtration. It is a naturally smooth and rich whisky with a complex character. Clean and complex with multiple layers of dried fruit, nuttiness and spices, it has some marzipan and vanilla touches to it as well. Colour: Dark Raisin; Nose: Clean and complex with multiple layers of dried fruit, nuttiness and spices with some marzipan and vanilla touches to it as well. Palate: Rich, oily and full, with pleasant dried fruit and spices that linger on in the mouth plus a hint of fine coffee.

Vinho is fully matured in used American oak wine barrels that have been toasted and re-charred in a way that brings out fruity vanilla notes from the wood into the whisky overlaid on a delicate background of complex fruitiness. It has a complex and multi-dimensional background of pepper, spice, dates and other fruits, such as ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of bursting citrus fruits. A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate on top. Pepper is also present in the background waiting to be noticed. This bouquet is simply a sensational feast to your olfactory organ.

Pungent notes of banana, guava and fried plantains are sultry and indulgent aromas. Deeply concentrated flavours of molasses, brown sugar, banana leaf, tobacco and dark chocolate wash over the palate.

This flavoured rum is golden amber in colour and has been crafted with natural flavours of cocoa, banana and spice. Aromas of banana, citrus, tropical fruit and spice lead to flavours of vanilla, banana, dark chocolate and black pepper.

Zaya Gran Reserva is a blend of selected rums. Deep bronze amber in colour; aromas of baked fruit and spiced vanilla followed by  flavours of caramel, spice, toasted oak and a wisp of smoke.
