Our Pinot Grigio combines crisp citrus and rich, floral minerality into a wine that is distinctly Californian. This blend is a combination of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Malbec, and Pinot Noir grapes. This vintage was aged 21 months in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak. Deep garnet colour with aromas of tobacco, baking spice, and cassis.
