We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. Our Tennessee Sipping Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks, it smells, and of course the way it tastes.

Jim Beam is a medium-bodied, copper in colour bourbon. With touches of minerals, dried herbs, nutmeg and dried citrus it becomes tight on the palate, it displays plenty of spice with its brisk, refreshing style.

A mix of New Amsterdam Vodka and refreshing pink lemonade. The result is a smooth, pink lemonade flavoured vodka.

Delightful aromas of praline and butterscotch lead to a palate that is smooth and creamy with flavours of nuts and caramel. This schnapps has a rich, butterscotch taste but is not too sweet. Try it on ice, over ice cream or with these special shortbread cookies.

Southern Comfort is a New Orleans Liqueur made from neutral spirits with fruit, spice and whisky flavourings. It is a full bodied, full proof spirit with light citrus and stone fruit notes, touch of warm spice, cinnamon and herbal notes, with hints of caramel.

The Kraken is crafted from aged Caribbean rum and blended with a secret mix of spices including vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Named after the beast of legend, this spiced rum is dark, smooth and bold. Aromas and flavours of toffee, allspice, cove, vanilla, ginger and peppercorns.

Clean, white, pepper spice with faint, but discernible grilled sweet corn. Slightly sweet with creamy mouthfeel and cracked black pepper feel. Clean minerality with grain character evident and a faint hint of tinned sweet corn. Slightly hot black pepper finish, with faint lingering Brazil nuts.
