Faxe 10% is a strong beer. The slight sweetness combined with the high alcohol percentage results in a balanced product with a vinous taste. Faxe 10% is free of additives and, unlike other very strong beers, it contains no added alcohol. The high alcohol content is achieved through standard brewing techniques. It is easily drinkable and an excellent alternative to drinks and cocktails.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Ice-wine & Brandy is half as sweet as traditional Ice-wine, this dessert wine is a delicate blend of Vidal Ice-wine & seven year, barrel aged brandy. It is smooth on the palate with intense tropical fruit notes of the Ice-wine, complemented by warmth of the brandy in the finish.

This sweet wine is well balanced with good acidity in the finish. Serve chilled to approximately 12C. Food pairing: This rich Cabernet Franc Icewine is excellent on its own to complete any meal! If you are pairing it with food, try it with a fresh strawberry tart, cherry cheesecake or chocolate mousse.
