A blend of 41.9% Merlot, 35.2% Cabernet Franc and 18.7% Cabernet Sauvignon, with just a touch of Zweigelt and Dornfelder. The individual wines were given subtle oak integration for 6 months with French and American oak, before the final assemblage was created. A full malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel. A medium-bodied, fruit-forward red wine with soft tannins for a smooth mouthfeel, and flavours of juicy red and black fruits with a touch of sweet spice. Notes of red cherry, pomegranate, sweet spice, and a touch of black tea linger on the finish.

This Pinot Grigio and Riesling blend shows flavours of juicy citrus, peach and pear.

Clear and bright with a clean fresh aroma of apple, Anjou pear and melon. A light, smooth yet refreshing white wine. Lovely fruit flavours of melon, pear, and tropical fruit glide across the palate, followed by notes of citrus, green apple and pineapple lingering through on the finish.
