Black Forest is a dark, decadent red blend from Cupcake Vineyards. Rich flavours of blackberry and dark cherry with hints of mocha and spice, this wine has a silky, luxurious finish.

Our full and elegantly textured Chardonnay has decadent levels of butter, cream, bright citrus and vanilla. These layers melt into a balance of oak and subtle spice.

Flavours of pineapple and ripe pear. A portion of the wine was aged in oak to impart subtle notes of toasted oak and vanilla.

Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. Subtle subtle aromas and flavours of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.

This GSM is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Purple violet in colour with aromas of: aniseed, licorice, dark chocolate, mocha powder, freshly ground black pepper, bay leaf, nutmeg and vanilla. Clean, clear, long and brightly flavoured and textured. On the palate dark berry fruit, powdery earthiness, balanced acidity and ripe tannins.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. The current blend is mainly the 2010 vintage ; the exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage are expressed when tasting the wine which shows a deep intense color, some scents of black fruits (mulberries, cherries) greatly backed up by a lovely integrated tanic structure, this enhancing a long and complex final.

Aromas of redcurrants, roasted capsicum, plums, wholemeal bread, cassis and violets. Generous and fleshy in body with plump tannins. The finish leans toward salted chocolate and spice. Decadent but harmonious.

It is a wine of dark violet colour with reddish tones. In the nose it presents intense flavours of blackberry with notes of red and black currants, and plum. The mouth highlights notes of ripe plums with soft and elegant tannins. It has an excellent structure, long and persistent finish. It goes well with red meats, sauces, cheeses and pastas.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. Youthful deliciousness.

The Dornfelder grape gives a nice fruity bouquet of berries and cherries to this wine. It is a soft smooth red, made for people just starting to get into red wines. A fruit-driven wine, refreshingly light with just a touch of chocolate.

Bursting with aromatics of tropical passionfruit and ripe gooseberry, hints of lemon and green mango plus fresh green herbs. Very clean and crisp pallet with medium to high acidity adds freshness and lift.

Aged a total of 24 months. The varietal composition for this vintage is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. It has been aged a total of 24 months in barrel. Enticing aromas of black cherry, red currant and rose petals mingle with sophisticated hints of hazelnut, clove, caramel and fig preserves. A silky palate with juicy layers of plum, tayberry and chocolate-covered blueberries are framed by elegantly structured tannins, with notes of red licorice, mint, maple and sage adding complexity to a long, dynamic finish.

Dark intense ruby red colour. Intense nose of blueberries and blackcurrants with a hint of cigar box. This vintage is medium-bodied with integrated soft tannins showing the full array of forest fruit.

This medium bodied Chardonnay was cold fermented to conserve the grapes full aromas. Fruity and well balanced, this wine is great on its own and a perfect partner for light to medium meat dishes, seafood or pasta.
