Bright, light strawberry pink with a pale rim. A fine, abundant and consistent mousse, rising to a good crown. Youthful fruit aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and grenadine. Refreshing on the palate, full of cherry fruit and a light acidity with a soft finish to the back of the palate.

Blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada, 15% Xarel-lo with minimum 15 months bottle ageing. Fruitiness, freshness and complexity are the principal defining characteristics of this Cava. Elegant, persistent mousse, aromas of white fruits.

The blend consists of 67% Macabeo and 33% Parellada. Aged in the bottle for more than 30 months. Straw yellow in colour with a small, fine plentiful mousse. Hints of honey, white fruit and flower petals.

A delightful blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. Brimming with berry fruit flavours and a hint of spice. Tannins and acid are beautifully balanced.

Careful blending of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne deliver a fresh, bouncy and loveable French white wine. Aromas and flavours of green plum, pear, honeysuckle, Granny Smith apples, a Meyer lemon and apricot. Pleasing fullness and weight on the palate, rounded off with a zesty note in the finish.

This Cava is comprised of 100% Trepat grape. Attractive cherry red colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Good intensity with clean aromas of ripe fruit. Fresh, fruity and pleasant with good structure and medium intensity.

This Cava is made from a blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes. Brilliant gold to the eye. Aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and toast. Elegant with fine bubbles.
